We had an amazing beach vacation...

Great location! A 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. The home is perfect and has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was just right for a four person family. It had everything you needed to be comfortable! It was very clean too! The location was very close to the beach and a quick walk to shops. It was an awesome week in Anna Maria Island!

I love this place!!

I love this place!! I've rented it about 3 or 4 times and it's the best. Very clean, very organized, and location is close to everything you'd need. Grocery store, liquor store, less than a block away from the beach. Love this place so much I will definitely be coming back!

Best peaceful weekend

The house was clean and super comfortable and one min from the beach. I walked to the stores and walked back. There are also restaurants walking distance. I would go to the beach for a couple of hours and come back when tired from the sun. Perfect scape for a peaceful weekend!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway at BEACH ESCAPE! Clean, modern, comfortable and walking distance to the beach and so many restaurants and shops. The home was equipped with beach essentials too so no need to bring along beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys or wagon. BEACH ESCAPE is also near by to a few boat ramps.

Second Time at Beach Escape

It is the second time we visited Anna María and on both occasions we stayed at Beach Escape; On the last trip we were 6 people and we were very comfortable! The house is a dream, everything is new, clean, with beautiful and very complete dishes. The amenities it offers to go to the beach and its proximity make it very pleasant to be there and one block away there is a market. We were really very happy and would definitely choose Escape Beach again.

What a beautiful space!

What a beautiful space! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked; all we needed was our own food. The location is fantastic! Just a short 3 minute walk to a quiet and relax beach! We enjoyed an unforgettable sunset. We highly recommend this space to anyone looking to disconnect and love the beach in a beautiful, clean and modern space!

Location Location Location

We really liked the convenience of walking to the beach or to various shops, restaurants and grocery store. The rooms were clean and functional. Nicely stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were also well supplied. The washer and dryer came in handy for us. We used the patio and grill as well as the beach wagon, chairs, etc. Only suggestion is a little investment in landscaping would make the property more appealing from the street.

Exactly as advertised

SeaBreeze does a great job of communicating and the property was EXACTLY as advertised. We've done some rentals where the pictures were a few years old - not this place. Super clean and great start with paper towels, TP, soap, kitchen supplies, etc. Liked the washer/dryer. The other duplex is not being rented and so our stay was very quiet. One additional perk was that there were beach chairs available too. Walking distance to beach and Walgreens, 1 minute drive to Publix. Quiet neighborhood, but close to many restaurants. We'd do this again. Well done.

Paradise on Earth

La propiedad es sumamente cómoda y capaz de albergar 4 adultos y dos niños sin problema. La playa que parece privada por la poca gente que asiste está a escasos 150 metros y si prefieres ir en auto siempre consigues lugar para estacionar gratuitamente. Tiene patio con parrilla y en un cobertizo sillas, sombrilla, juegos de playa para niños y hasta un carrito para transportar todo hasta la playa. Esta última es soñada especialmente cuando el mar está planchado. Muy cerca, puedes ir a pie hay una zona que tiene de todo, farmacia, helados, ropa, un público etc. Fue nuestra segunda estancia y seguro volveremos.

All amazing and one block from the beach.

Pasamos unos días increíbles, la casa está totalmente equipada, todo nuevo, limpio. Súper recomendable! Tiene un hermoso patio con BBQ. La cocina muy equipada. Todo increíble y a una cuadra de la playa. We spent some incredible days, the house is fully equipped, everything new, clean. Super recommended! It has a beautiful patio with BBQ. The kitchen is very equipped. All amazing and one block from the beach.

Very comfortable place!

We enjoyed our stay in Beach Escape. Great location, walking distance to the beach and grocery stores. The apartment was fully equipped including beach towels, linen and fully equipped kitchen. The place was spotless. The property managers also stop by during our check in to make sure everything was good. We recommend this place for any family or group that will like to enjoy the beauty of Anna Maria in a very comfortable place

Almost perfect

As other reviewers stated the property is very clean. They took the time to try and think of everything you might need. It is very tiny so there was no where to place a suitcase but again even foldable luggage racks were thought of. The property is GREAT the only issues, which unfortunately by the end of the week had become a huge issues. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the water pressure is horrid. Showers took 3 times as long and we never felt fully clean. By weeks end we were left feeling cranky from sleep deprivation and dirty. If those couple things are addressed this property will be just wonderful

Nice place, nice location

Place was exactly as advertised in pics, with a few nice surprises. In addition to being very clean and new, there were plenty of paper products, cleaning products, and even beach chairs. Perfect beds and baths, good kitchen and living space. Very easy walk to beach & shopping, with 1 minute drive to Publix. Restaurants abound but all of this in a quiet neighborhood. We'd do this again easily. Highly recommend.
