It was a perfect long weekend getaway. Fishing from the pier was so convenient for the kids. The place was clean and well-kept. We were able to relax, unwind, and simply be together as a family. We are so grateful for the time we were able to spend here.

Extremely clean and so relaxing. Beautiful view of the lake. We brought the boat but only took it out once. The house was so relaxing and I was able to fish right off the dock. Host was very responsive. Will be back!

This property was perfect for a relaxing weekend for our anniversary! The house was clean and had so many amenities that some rentals don’t so we had to bring less with us. Kayaks were provided for us, which we used a number of times and loved. Firewood for the fire pit was there already, along with charcoal and lighter fluid for the pit, all the cooking essentials, including some seasonings, and coffee pods. The location and scenery were wonderful. We enjoyed everything about this place and are already planning on coming back.

Everything was as expected if we had questions the host was very quick to respond very helpful with everything. We had strong winds the first two days and limited the lake activities but the sunsets were incredible. Beautiful property great location the house had everything we needed overall just an excellent trip with the family.

This cozy, low-key house was exactly what we needed. It's easy-going vibe was like comfort food, and made us relax, immediately.The view was stunning, and helped us unwind quickly.The owners were the perfect reflection of this property. This property was so cozy! The lakefront views can be enjoyed from the living area through the floor to ceiling windows. The wrap around deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversations. There is an area on the side deck equipped with running water to the sink and a solid foundation to clean the catch of the day. The beach area was phenomenal! Easy entry into the lake with soft sand beneath your feet. We’ve rented many places along Toledo Bend and this one is our new favorite.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is the lakeside cabin for you! We spent a week here for spring break and our boys had a blast! The dock is great. The cabin is very clean and comfortable; one of the original on the lake. Pick up groceries In Many or before you come as there is only a small corner store or Dollar General 13 minutes away. Great place to just chill out with the family. Communication with the owner was clear, prompt , and friendly.

This property is absolutely beautiful and is everything the owners state it is! We are locals here literally 20 mins from the home and we plan to visit again! This place has shallow water for the littles to play in with a beach area. There is an eagles nest near by and you get to see the beautiful eagles fly around!!! The dock is ideal for fishing and jumping off of into the cool lake. The beds are all super comfy. The home was very clean and tidy. The owners provide you with basic needs and some extras like games to play. If you need to reset and recharge in a nature setting straight out of a Nicholas Sparks book ....this is the place!!!!
