My family and I loved this unit SO MUCH. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. We loved the beach and location is convenient for everything. We hope to book again!

Our family of six enjoyed a comfortable stay right on the beach. The condo was spacious and immaculately decorated. The patio is huge with a beautiful view of the beach, especially at sunrise. We loved having pool access as well as being steps from the beach. Communication with the host was clear. It would be helpful to know when the office closes, as we nearly missed the building manager on our way to check in. Thankfully it all worked out and we got our parking passes.

Nice and clean place but little storage in the rooms to unpack. Hallway narrow, one person can pass at a time. No late check out, must be out by 10am which is one hour earlier than other properties in the area. IF parking is full, you will need to drive out a little to the overflow lot. No incentives given to possibly rebook. Other than that, great view, nice newly renovated property.

The perfect place

This is by far the BEST OC condo I’ve stayed in. Perfect location. Decor and layout was beautiful. And that balcony!!! There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room. I highly recommend this one and plan to stay here every year.

Beautiful oceanfront apartment! We loved the balcony and the views. Everything was clean and new. Great walkable location with easy access to the beach. The only suggestions we have would be to add a couple of lounge chairs to the balcony.

Would not be my first choice in OC. This unit was dirty..The chairs are stained. The couch was stained. the pillows are stained. The comforter was stained. The rugs were dirty and stained. the walls were not clean. the countertop was dirty with dried on food. The plus was the view and the balconey. Other than that it was not worth the price. The screen door was off its hinges so didn't work but was also ripped so would not have mattered. The hall bathroom only had one light that was working. I reported it. They asked if it was ok to enter property if we were not there. They didn't come. This was definitely not up to the standard of cleanliness and care it should have been. The AC worked fine. Refrig and ice maker worked fine. If you don't care about how clean it is then its a nice view. The office manager was kind and full of information and genuinely cared about his job. We enjoyed talking to him.

Long weekend with family

Great condo that is beautiful on the inside - recent remodel. The process for check-in and check-out was easy. Well-stocked kitchen, new dishes, and glassware. The outdoor space was perfect --- oceanfront, and you can hear the waves in the kitchen and living room. Plenty of space for five adults. Would definitely return!

This place was dirty and worn. There was hair in the drawers in the bathroom. Floors were not scrubbed. Dog hair all over the place and sand in the sofa and hall floor. Sofa was cruddy. Pretty and has a lot going g for it but it’s just in need of total deep clean. For the price we paid it was totally unacceptable. Just not well maintained Not handicapped accessible - hallway is very narrow- which I didn’t specify. The view is nice. Sliding doors glass was gross. Obviously not cleaned. The rugs - area ones- made me feel gross in bare feet. For the price they could supply trash bags/ dishwasher pods and 2 parking spots The code to door was not provided so we could not check in until 4:40. I emailed for some info about items we needed but they didn’t reply for over 24 hours and we were already there. Pool is only open 10-7. Fans and a/c split system is not so easy to figure out. No directions provided no response when I asked for help. We are lucky it was not above 88 because in a hot spell this place would not have adequate ac.

Beautiful oceanfront condo! The building is a tad older, but the condo has been completely remodeled and is bright and airy. We absolutely loved our view and the balcony area was superb! All the original condo owners were so kind along with management. Can’t wait to go back!
