Very family friendly and clean! We had a great experience. Host was very responsive to all questions and when we had a problem with one of the showers there was a very quick response and maintenance was sent out quickly. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and meals too, which is great for families.

Our family noticed an issue with the spout on the tub faucet. Also, the hot water was coming in and out. Not consistent. Overall, our experience was a good one. We would come back. SV

Immaculately & lovingly maintained home. Perfectly and thoughtfully stocked kitchen. Enough room for our family of 5 to spread out. Lovely outdoor spaces. Quiet and sheltered. Perfect location from which to explore most areas of the Vineyard and all it has to offer. Highly recommend.

Overall the property is a great house with lots of space and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry is easily accessible. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The house is very private and in a quiet location and there was plenty of space for our 3 kids. The front yard is lovely. The blow up pool on the property should be removed. It was filled with green dirty water and attracting bugs. The basement was advertised as an arcade/ game room but was also completely full of the owners items (not as pictured). It also smells like moth balls so every time the door was opened, the smell came up. I didn’t want my children down there, it should really be locked off. Despite being advertised as a beach house, there are no beach chairs and so we had to spend over 300 on beach chairs to lug home after which was an annoyance. There is an awesome beach about 10 min but it is a bumpy dirt road so high clearance in your vehicle is advised. We biked to town and back a lot even though was dirt/ sand roads. Location was convenient and private.
