The first floor includes 2 BRs (2 Queen Beds), 1 full bath, laundry room, and access to the attached one car garage. The second floor includes 2 BRs (1 King Bed & 1 Twin over Full Bunk Bed), 1 full bath, a large kitchen/dining room/living room combination, and 2 balconies. There is a large 16' X 8' balcony off of the living room, complete with comfortable patio furniture. The master bedroom has its own private 8' X 8' balcony. The main living space (kitchen/dining room/living room) has a fantastic open space concept. The house is equipped with TVs & wireless internet. A newer outdoor shower is available to make cleaning up after a day at the beach a breeze.
