With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo comfortably sleeps six people. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed and the second has twin bunk beds, making it perfect for children or friends traveling together. This home is also pet friendly allowing dogs under 25lbs.

Inside, the condo is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. The kitchen features all the essentials and the dining area has a table that seats four. Need additional seating? The kitchen bar has stools for extra guests. After dinner, retreat to the living room where you can cozy up on the sofa and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. If you have more guests, the sofa also has a queen-sized pull-out bed.

- No Smoking in the home.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear or clothing into the home.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not clean fish inside the home. There is a fish cleaning station on the pier.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.
-Do not over fill washer and or dryer. ( You will be charged for repair/replacement fee for misuse of appliances)
-Do not wash white towels with colors.
- Please be mindful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am.

Rockport getaway

This was our first time staying in City By The Sea and I have to say we were impressed! Loved our condo location! We were able to launch our boat down the road and tie it up behind the condo. The condo was comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfy. I plan on coming back again!
