1-bedroom Topolia House is part of a small group of four traditional houses sharing a large pool 12 km from the sandy beach. The house is located in the tranquil village of Topolia between the famous beaches of Falassarna and Elafonisi (26-30 km respectively). The picturesque town of Chania is located 45 km away.

The 1-bedroom house offers an open plan living room (with fireplace) and a fully-equipped kitchen. Satellite TV, Dvd and Cd player, microwave, small kitchenette, small refrigerator, and mini dishwasher are provided.

A double bedroom with ensuite bathrooms (with washing machine) is offered. A spacious balcony with outdoor sitting table, and a wooden pergola is also provided.

The 1-bedroom House can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children on one main sofa bed and one additional corner sofa.

jolie appartement très bien placé

Appartement très sympa avec une terrasse sans vis à vis et une piscine commune sur le toit avec une jolie vue. Plutôt bien placé pour visiter toutes les jolies plages et la ville (Chania). Je recommande cette location.

Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen

Wein, Obst und Kekse standen zum Empfang bereit und selbst ein kleiner Blumenstrauß zierte den Tisch. Das geräumige Haus ist im tradionellen Stil gehalten. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick in die Landschaft und am Morgen lässt es sich dort gut frühstücken. Gleich am Haus kann man zur Wanderung durch die Topolia-Schlucht starten. Ansonsten lassen sich sehr schöne Strände in akzeptabler mit dem Mietwagen erreichen. Ein wunderbares Domizil für einen entspannten Urlaub fern vom Tourismustrubel.

Outstanding hospitality and accommodation

Stayed at Topolia for 5 weeks, the hosts were so helpful and friendly, all the facilities you need. The location was very quiet, everyone in the village was so friendly. The walks in the surrounding area were amazing with views that had us clicking the camera every 5 minutes.

Wunderbare Lage geräumige Zimmer

Die Ausstattung übertraf das online Inserat bei weitem. Das 1 Zimmer Topolia Haus verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad und eine große Terasse. Der Vermieter hat sich gemeldet und sich erkundigt ob wir zufrieden sind. Unbedingt empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
