Just click "book it" because this condo is your ticket to a fun-filled, memorable vacation in world-famous Old Orchard Beach! 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the heart of downtown with ocean views from every room and a spacious balcony perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching beautiful sunrises! Within walking distance to shopping, dining, the Palace Playland amusement park and is just a few steps from the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

This condo has a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, and lobster pot. In-unit laundry. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 with a pull-out sofa in the living room. Central A/C and heat. All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels, though!

The building features an indoor pool, sauna and workout room. Accommodations for two cars; one on-site and one off-site parking spot is provided. (Off-site is about 1/4 mile away-within walking distance)

Come park your car, relax on the beach by day and enjoy nights out with live music nightly and fireworks every Thursday night during the summer!

If you'd like to venture out beyond Old Orchard Beach, The Maine Mall in South Portland is a quick 20 minute drive away. Rainy day outlet shopping is a 40 minute drive away in either Freeport or Kittery. Portland offers much to see and do, from lighthouse tours to island ferries and so many unique eateries..there's something for everyone!

We had such an amazing time here! We loved the ocean/pier views from the condo. It was so close to everything. The apartment was very clean and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was so nice to have beach chairs and beach toys available at the condo so we didn’t have to bring that all with us. Would 100% recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Love the Grand Victorian

This is the second time we've stayed at the Grand Victorian and this stay was even better than the last. This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay inside and outside of the home - lots of kitchen necessities, games for all ages, and loads of beach stuff! The owners were also very responsive when I asked questions about what would be available for us to use. We would absolutely stay again!

Family fun at the beach

We had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The kids loved swimming in the pool in the evenings. It is in great central location to many things so we stayed very busy.

Family Vacation

Great location! I loved waking up and walking right out onto the beach. The condo is clean and comfortable, and has everything you need for your home away from home. I liked that it was near the pier but tucked away a little so at night it only took turning the fan on to drown out the music. And there are so many food choices all within walking distance. We loved it so much we are already planning our beach vacation for next summer.

Truly enjoyed this Grand Vic condo! Clean, spacious, in room laundry, well equipped kitchen, beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels provided were a huge plus. Traveling with our 3 grandkids. This is our second time staying at this beautiful condo located right next to the Pier. Beautiful spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need! Clean and beautifully decorated and even has everything you need for the beach. Many beach chairs, towels, beach toys, etc. Everything is within walking distance and beach front convenience. Favorite place to stay at OOB.

Amazing location!

My husband and I traveled with our 2 year old, and my in-laws. This apartment has everything you will need to cook, and to enjoy a comfortable stay. Check in and check out it’s easy. The view from the balcony is pretty, and the parking lot does not interfere. The location of the building it’s perfect. We loved our stay. Would definitely book again! Our stay was amazing! We had a fabulous view of the ocean and the condo was perfect in every way. Clean and comfortable and had everything we could ever need including a closet full of beach toys and beach chairs, etc! Our only problem was with the broken lift / elevator to unpack all of our things upon arrival! It was a nightmare during check in for everyone checking in. We had to go across the lot to the other building and then use that elevator and cross back over to our building. It was beyond chaotic but once we got into our condo all the stress disappeared!! Ryan the manager did a great job helping everyone and explained the situation! Our week was a perfect 10 and our little grand boys can’t wait ego back to OOB !

The Perfect Landing Spot for Southern Maine

We arrived on the last day of the season, the lobby was closed as were most of the attractions, but this was not unexpected because our hosts made sure we were aware of the season's end and that someone was there to meet us and give us the lay of the land. Our check-in was easy, thanks to Bill, who accommodated our schedule and made sure we knew where everything was. The unit is fantastic, clean and very comfortable. You can hear the waves from the deck, and the hosts left a lovely welcome gift of a few Maine specialties. We toured southern Maine from this wonderful home, and found the location a perfect distance for day trips to Portland and down to York. We highly recommend this spot...we will be back to enjoy the beach and pier next time!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The noise level from other units, even in off season, was very loud. Parking lot lights were also annoying. Be prepared for a view of parking lot more than beach. Overall met our needs for the weekend.

We have been vacationing all over the Maine seacoast for years. When we first came to Old Orchard Beach we fell in love with the Grand Victorian building right away. It's in the perfect location! Oceanfront, yet in the middle of all of the activity!
