Our unit is a 1,100 sq townhome. 2 bedrooms, 3 queen size beds and 1.5 bathrooms. We are conveniently located near downtown Nashville. Minutes away from Broadway st and lots of fun!. Our unit offers a relaxed and peaceful place along with a full kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, keurig, washer & dryer, free wifi internet and much more!

This neighborhood is a mixture of new property development and urban living. It`s not much of a sight to see but it`s safe and many guests enjoy walking to and from downtown Nashville from this unit.
We’re so excited to host y’all and help make your Nashville stay unforgettable! 🎶✨

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.

Nashville Week

It is an older apartment complex, however the accommodations were clean. We were just there to basically sleep so the price was good. This area is being revived and was very close to the Marathon Motor Works. It is a super cool place so make sure you check it out.
