My wife and I are from Cleveland, Ohio. We enjoy sharing our condo while we are not here because we think people will really see the same things we saw when we arrived. The development is planned with many activities in mind for all ages. Wellen Park people are very friendly and helpful. We hope the you will enjoy your stay.

Neighborhood offers many restaurants and amenities along with Grand Lake and a fun downtown area which includes entertainment on Fridays and Farmer's market on Sunday.

Property is new with all new furnishings. We offer chairs and umbrella for the beach, towels, cleaning supplies, kitchenware, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, washer and dryer and dishwasher.
