Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and nicely decorated. Host is responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Nice to have a garage for our car as well as laundry facilities. We like the location as close to groceries, the beach, restaurants, etc.

Beautiful house with multiple rooms for everyone to fit easily. Everything was clean and tidy. The host was amazing when communicating. Place was super close to the beach (about a five minute drive) and multiple restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Our 2nd stay here, highly recommend. Love having use of garage for our kayaks and bikes, extra fridge is nice too. Nice quiet neighborhood for walking and biking. Mark is quick to respond to any issues. Hope to be back again.

The location was perfect. Quick access to beaches along the Gulf of America. Shamrock Park and an inland waterway with a bike trail along it just 3 mi from the door.I really enjoyed having the garage to park the car and the bicycles. Our host was very accommodating. It was great having a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. The home was nicely appointed and had a spacious yard.We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was fine. We had some issues with the codes to get in but once we got that resolved it was a good stay. It was a very short trip so we pretty much only slept in the beds.

So if I’m honest no phone service or just trouble finding it .kitchen disposal sink motor had a bad smell like fish of some sort but I took care of that.At times in bathroom like water pipe smell from one bathroom.Closet half door was off the the mounting mounts and one half of outlet in kids room not the bunker bed room was not working fan exhaust in kitchen is not vented to go outside of house instead smell would stay inside. All This can be repaired for future purposes. Otherwise this house is great and I get it it’s a rental and finance can be challenging I hope I wasn’t to critical just my observation and yes I would return

We really enjoyed staying here!! Nice quiet street and close walk to lemon bay wildlife preserve where our kids had fun walking the trails and exploring nature! Only 3 minutes to Manasota Key Beach. House was well stocked with lots of kitchen equipment and extras. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and extra toiletries. They even had extra beach chairs and equipment in the garage. Would definitely recommend. We are already thinking of when we will come back!

Yard could be cleaned up and the back porch door was broken but otherwise the house was great. Very roomy, bright and comfortable.

Understood about the yard and back screen door. Hurricanes Helene and Milton took a toll on many homes in Venice in 2024.

This is the second time we've stayed here and we love it. We love hunting for shark teeth and this is a very convenient location. It also works perfectly for us in terms of bedrooms: 2 grandparents in the master bedroom with master bath, and on the other end of the house were parents in one bedroom and two kids on the bunk beds. There's also a sleeper sofa. The host is very responsive and the house is well stocked with cleaning supplies and toiletries.

This house is a great place to stay. Central to Venice and Englewood. The beach is so close. Maybe a 5 min drive. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Large open floor plan. We really enjoyed this home. Thank you!

Perfect family base for beach fun

I have zero complaints about this home. It was perfect for our family vacation, which center around shark tooth hunting at Manasota Beach and diving in Venice. The house is spotless, well maintained, and full of necessities, including cleaning products, soap, shampoo, paper products, etc. The host was very responsive when I asked questions. I plan to stay here again next time we come to the area!
