The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the dishes, utensils, cookware, cutlery, that you'll need. There is a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Enjoy the cool nights and relax on the screened in lanai.

There is a large dining table from family and friends to get together.

Leave keys in bowl on small table in kitchen. Lock front door (not screen doors). Don't lock door between the garage and the house.
Make sure garage door is closed.
Please turn thermostat to 76 degrees.
