I was in Oklahoma City to run the Memorial marathon, and this place was perfect. It was a short walk to the start line and so many things were just a short walk away. I would definitely recommend this place. The lobby was beautiful and the apartment was perfect for the trip.
Stayed here for a holiday "staycation" in order to enjoy some restaurants in downtown and midtown and visit a few places that I've been meaning to visit, including the (very impressive) First Americans' Museum. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Parking was great: off-street, covered, and gated. And the location was convenient to everything. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.
Clean, lots of towels, convenient location. I just wish the had a better washer and dryer that wasn't so small or at least powerful enough to dry the clothes. Otherwise this place would be 5 stars. My second stay here and many upgrades were made in the past year.

We have a free laundry on the first floor with 3 full size washer /dryers. There is no way to fit in a larger more efficient unit for a small apartment.

Great property! Easy walking access to midtown area of OKC. 15 min walk to downtown OKC. Safe and secure. Darling decor, comfy bed, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen. We will use again!
My son and I were in town for a concert. We loved the location of this apartment. Very walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, etc, and an easy drive to Bricktown. My only complaint (and not really even a complaint) was the opener for the gated parking lot did not work. It wasn’t a huge deal, since I had my son who could open it for me, but might have been annoying if I was by myself. Would definitely stay here again!

OKC Midtown Marvel
My husband and I visited OKC for a weekend getaway. We received email instructions to allow us to check in during weekend hours. The instructions were thorough and accompanied by photos to aid with the task. The property is very secure. I would feel safe staying by myself in this apt. The apt. is located in a renovated art deco building in the midtown area. The location was convenient to downtown and other entertainment districts in the city. The apt. was clean and well decorated. There were adequate pillows and throws to allow one to curl up on the couch or the bed with a good book. The bathroom was stocked adequately with linens, shampoo, body wash. The kitchen has full sized appliances and is very functional for cooking. Just a note, there is railroad activity in the midtown area. If you are a light sleeper, the rail traffic might prove challenging. Our experience was good and I would recommend this property.

Thank you Anita for your thorough review. I'm glad you mentioned the rail traffic, I have lived here so long that I don't notice it. The Midtown/Downtown area have contributed to upgrading the crossings. So by the end of the year there will no longer be the annoying whistle blowing at the crossings.

This is our 3rd time staying in this VRBO & always enjoy how comfy & clean it is as well as the location to walk to great restaurants & breweries in Midtown.
The only issue we had this time was having trouble using the washer/ dryer combo. It washed ok but the dryer mode was really loud and after 90 minutes- clothes were still very damp
Spent 9 pleasant nights here as a couple when my husband received medical treatment. Fabulous location: near buses, streetcars, restaurants and bars, easy walks to downtown and the OK medical centre. Spacious, well set up, comfortable bed, lots of towels and lovely bathrobes; very cool building with a great lobby and courtyard. Note that you retrieve keys in the parking lot across the street and not in the lot behind the apartment building. To make this place even better, I would add more dishes and cutlery so one doesn’t have to run the dishwasher as often. Highly recommend!
We had a great stay, and this little apartment was a perfect spot for an anniversary getaway! Very nice, well-stocked, really comfortable bed!!

LOVELY
We enjoyed the property. There were 2 problems. 1st. There were little flying bug (like gnats, only bigger) in the whole apartment. They were annoying. 2nd. The final lock box needs some attention. We almost could not get the key out. Then when leaving, we could not open it. My husband had to leave my chemo treatment to take the key to give to the loby clerk. You may want to check it.
Thank you for the opportunity to use your property. We hope to stay again.
We have stayed here four times now. It is always immaculate, as well as a great location.
Any questions have always been quickly answered from the property manager. She is always friendly and quickly takes care of anything that may arise. Love this place.
Although we had a few hiccups with TV/internet/keys, the building IT manager was exceptionally accommodating and got us squared away as soon as possible. The apartment met our needs quite well and delivered as promised (note: could use surface space in bathroom for our personal items, and instructions contained in onsite binder could be updated with more detail). We loved the building and are grateful for the restoration efforts to maintain its usefulness. It made our OKC visit just a little richer. We would definitely stay again.
This was the second time we stayed in this unit. We like the convenience of the location and the amenities offered. I do think the cable TV box needs to be repaired or replaced. The 1st step to turning on the TV is to make sure the cable box is on but there was no power light showing.

Thanks for your review. Yes,we found out that the building had experienced a power surge during a storm and a number of cable boxes needed replacement.

This is our second time to stay here. Absolutely love this apartment and area in Mid-town. We will be back soon. Always clean, and taken care of. If I had one thing I could change, it would be lack of counter space in the bathroom, but happy to work around that

Hi Anita,
Our original financing required we have at least two apartments that were handicap accessible.
This apartment is one of them . It is the only one that is a short term rental. You might try one our other listing.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor. It was a beautiful and inviting space. We enjoyed eating at the local restaurants. The Sieber is a high quality establishment which we would highly recommend. We will be back soon!!.

I am an interior designer and work with an urban re development group . We have re purposed, re imagined several historic properties as well as new infill construction in OKC's downtown area. We have contributed to rebuilding the inner core of Oklahoma City and it is emerging as a thriving and energetic environment.
We are open & friendly people, who in turn expect to host friendly and honest people. We love our rescue cats and dogs like the family they are to us. We consider ourselves good company, good humor, open-minded, collaborative and hopefully useful when giving directions to the city so that you feel comfortable and safe in Oklahoma City.
Don't hesitate to ask me any questions you may have and I hope to see you soon!

• Hosts like us want to know who our guests are. We enjoy seeing people. Post a profile photo of yourself (not your dog or cat) and write a bit about yourself and who you are travelling with.

Why they chose this property
We bought this building at a sheriff's auction in 1997. It had been vacant and abandoned for over 25 years. the homeless , cats and raccoons had set up residence. The whole district around has been blighted and without any care or investment. It took 11 years to find a willing entity to finance the renovation. But it happened and it helped kick start everything around it that makes you want to be here.
What makes this property unique
Very central to everything in Downtown and very close to all the traffic corridors in around OKC. It is a gorgeous building with wonderful finishes you can't afford to put in new construction today. The italian mosaic floor is an original feature from 1929.
