🗑 Trash & Recycle: Please take your trash and recycling from the kitchen to the cans provided outside the pool table room and ensure the lids are securely on. There are extra bags under kitchen sink
🛋️ If you've moved any furniture, return it back to it's place. Leave the Roku TV remotes in their respective areas. 🔐 Lock windows & doors. The front door needs a good push! Return front key.
🍽️ Start dishes. Dish PODS are under kitchen sink; 1 pod/load. Handwash cutting knives to keep sharp. Liquid dish soap is under the sink for anything you handwash. DO NOT USE LIQUID DISH SOAP IN DW
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This property is accessed by a 1/2 mile SHARED gravel driveway. The Host is not liable for your driving and the max speed limit is 10MPH. Be cautious
There are no life vests or water toys. There is no lifeguard on duty and children need parental supervision on the property. Play is at your own risk,

Weekend stay for family wedding

The property was wonderful... clean, bright, really well stocked with everything you could need. Enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own room (there were six adults). The location was super convenient and the view was beautiful. Great communal space but also lots of nooks for indiviudals to enjoy quiet time, crafting, reading, etc. Communication with the property manager was easy, enjoyable, and informative. Thank you for a great stay!

We had the best time. The winery close to the house is a very very quick drive and fabulous. The house itself was spacious and clean and they had toys and things for the kids including a baby gate for the stairs. We had a great time and definitely hope to return.

The property was clean, spacious, peaceful and just what we needed. Close enough to day trip off the island and serine enough to sit on the porch all day. Had everything we could need. Julie was so helpful with guidance to get around. She is an excellent communicator and wonderful host. Comfortable beds!

A perfect little get-away with amazing views.

The house was very well equipped for large family - every teenager had their own space! Views of the sound, city and Rainier with a semi-private beach. Lot's of great details to make us comfortable and have a nice family get-away. Host was excellent in communication before and during the stay. Just minutes from the Seattle water taxi and bigger car ferries. Would definitely rent again.

Peaceful & Spacious Retreat

Our very small org had a staff board retreat with a family included. The home provided space for privacy and gathering. The beach and long forested driveway provided outdoor space to walk, breathe, and slow down. Wonderful beds!!! Simply a beautiful home

Privacy that is very rare and offers rejuvenating moments. Playful sealife is abundant and a surprice - Orcas, seals, sealions, otters and more! Sparkling sunsets and twinkling golden horizon views of Three Tree Point, Seattle skyline, SeaTac acitivity, mutiple fire works displays, moonrises, ships & sailboats. Salty afternoon breezes. A special setting to capture lifelong memories. Blending natures beauty with the citys energy!
