So much to say! This place is located in the heart of all that Ocean Springs has to offer and it is a beautiful place! The communication with the host was great and this property is extremely well maintained and very clean! If you’re looking for the perfect getaway spot with everything in walking distance, look no further!!

Ocean Springs Gem!

We made a last minute trip to Ocean Springs and so glad we chose the Vincent. Great property located in the heart of town. Everything was just as described, very clean ,well stocked and within walking distance of plenty of local shops and restaurants. Will certainly recommend to any friends or family looking to visit and cant wait to return as well.

Great location!

Loved the house and location as far as being walkable to everything in town. It is a very busy street that can get loud late at night. The house has three units which have been completely renovated, very stylish and clean, has everything you need for a short stay. My only complaint is you can hear loud conversations from the other units. I would definitely stay here again, due to location.

Excellent Cottage

Cottage was in the best spot on Government Street. When we first stumbled upon this cottage, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Property Manager is the most thoughtful, gracious host. The bed was comfortable and everything in the cottage was lovely and tidy - decor up to date. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will stay here again on our next Ocean Springs adventure.

Don’t keep looking…stay here!

There are 3 units in this one house but you definitely feel like it’s your own space! Very clean and modern decor in a cute historic home…..and walking distance to ALL the fun restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking behind the house and we were also able to get a spot in front of the house for the golf cart we rented from the place next door. Golf cart not needed for restaurants but was nice to go to beach…although that would have been walkable as well, just a little farther. Chris, the property manager, was extremely responsive and helpful for everything we needed. This was our first visit to Ocean Sorings but we will be back and would definitely stay at The Vincent again!!

Host communicated effectively. Property was exceptionally clean. Parking was very easy. We were able to park right out the front door. (Our property was facing Government street.) We walked to most things. Did a Birthday dinner for my husband at Hard Rock Casino in Ruth Chris’s steakhouse, just minutes away! Bed was a little firm, but the luxurious sheets made up for that. My only suggestion would be to bring towels with you. My husband and I stayed two night but there were only 3 towels and 3 face cloths. Also, if you want coffee for your room, make sure to bring it. Just one small single use pack provided. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back to stay at this property!

This listing is for one unit in a house with three units. There are no shared spaces (other than the patio I guess), and it's still very private. I heard a few bumps from the neighbors but it was surprisingly quiet. The unit was super cute and spacious. The location is what really sets this location apart though! It's far enough from the bars so it's not real loud at night but it's also an easy walk to the action. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!
