The house was clean, updated and well organized. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have tvs in each bedroom. Nathan our host was very responsive to any questions I had. This was our second time staying there and we would definitely stay there again.

We booked this property for 3 of us who were traveling for FDIC. The location was perfect and made walking to and from the convention center easy, plus we were close enough to all the fun and festivities of downtown that we all had the choice to go out - or settle in on the beautiful back porch. Neighborhood was relatively quiet, especially considering the proximity to downtown. Responsive owner and a great booking overall. We will probably be back next year!

Host was welcoming, LOVED the location of it and it was a very cute house. Only issue was that the bunk bed room had dirty sheets that contained hair and what seemed like blood or poop smeared on the sheet.. we ripped them off and used spare sheets. Other than that, it was a very nice stay!

Nathan was very accommodating and included all the amenities we needed for a perfect weekend stay in Indianapolis. My family and I chose this location due to the proximity to Lucas oil stadium. Property was clean and the booking was as described. Wonderful experience and would choose this location again.

Communication with Nathan was excellent to include recommendations on places to eat since we were not from the area. We were in town for a Broncos/Colts game and the house was very close to downtown and Lucas Oil Stadium. The home was extremely clean! It got very warm this weekend and the house was so nice and cool when we arrived. All the beds were comfortable! The popcorn and coffee was a nice touch. I wish we were in town longer to enjoy the backyard firepit and string lights. If I had to mention something that was missing it would be a full length mirror, there were 5 adults getting ready for several events and having a mirror would have been the missing piece to our lovely weekend in Indy! Thanks again Nathan!
