SWEET & LOVELY 3 Bedroom House - Close to Hollywood/Beaches/Universal Studios

Well-maintained charming house perfect for friends/family to share! Great for long term stays and conveniently located to all LA freeways. Located in the much-sought-after Midvale Estates is this classic, traditional home with original details from its 1948 construction! The house is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with an updated kitchen and fireplace! Movies are be filmed in this neighborhood all the time. I will consider a small pet.

Under no circumstances is this house for any type of group gatherings, parties, or get togethers. There is a maximum of two cars allowed: 2 in the driveway no exceptions (I don't want to disturb my neighbors)! Thank you.

Guests will have access to the WHOLE house! There is a large back patio off the laundry room to sunbathe, lounge, or enjoy a meal! There is also a driveway to park your car with additional street parking.

I will greet you and your friends/family upon arrival to show you around the home and answer any questions! In addition to that I live 15 minutes away and can be there if you need me at any time! If there is anything you need, from suggestions to extra linens, just call!

Please note there are 2 steps leading up to the house at both entrances.

Also, I would like to point out there is a separate bathtub and shower in the bathroom. Each bedroom can sleep 2 comfortably on a bed, but I will provide air mattresses and futons for additional guests.

While I do not live there I take great pride in keeping my home in perfect condition. The hardwood floors are original and the doors and I hope you respect the home. No smoking or pets are allowed inside. No parties allowed! Please behave as if I was there.

Nestled in the beautiful Midvale Estates, a beautiful small neighborhood in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. The Midvale Estates are the most prestigious homes in Van Nuys, Ca. It is desirable for its clean, beautiful tree lined streets and is a popular filming location. It is easily accessible to the 405/101/134/170 freeways so you can get anywhere in the Los Angeles county very quickly!

A car is convenient in Los Angeles but not entirely necessary. The orange line is less than a mile away which connects to the entire metro to get you to downtown, Hollywood, or the beach! Uber and lyft are also very useful and inexpensive compared to taxis. The flyaway bus is close by too which goes to LAX and back continuously through the day.
