Five Words: Location, Charm, Comfort, Clean & Funtional - Incredible location for walking to activities on Penn State campus. House has character and is in excellent condition. They had everything we needed. We stayed with our kids and 1 and 2 yr old grandkids. House does have a steep staircase; we brought a child gate. Very nice gas fireplace and excellent off street parking. Space for 3 or 4 vehicles. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. My favorite part was sitting on the front porch in the evening, having a drink and watching the lightning bugs.

Perfect Location at PSU

We had our entire family staying at this house for 10 days while visiting our daughter at Penn State. The house was just a five minute walk from my daughter’s storm, which was extremely convenient for her stopping by every day. The house was extremely clean and communication with the host was perfect. The only thing that I think could be improved is the amenities in the house… more cooking utensils, added seating in the family room, and a coffee table.

The owner of the home lived right next door as a student, many years ago.

Why they chose this property

The location of the home is fantastic! Our home is in the College Heights neighborhood that is filled with faculty, coaches, grad students and families who have lived here for decades. It is not quiet neighborhood that does not allow parking on the street. That is a town ordinance for this neighborhood. Our guests can walk to everything.
