Regarding the early check-in and late check-out fees, our house rules clearly outline these charges, and we make sure it is not hidden from guests. We always ask in advance if guests are comfortable with these fees before confirming any changes to the schedule. They are never hidden. As for the ant situation, we do weekly pest control to prevent such issues. However, the recent storm may have brought them in unexpectedly. After using ant spray, we did not receive any further feedback and thought the issue was resolved. We would have appreciated it if you had informed us so we could address the problem more effectively. In terms of cleaning supplies, we provide a starter pack, but we understand it may not always be enough, especially for larger groups. If we'd known more supplies were needed, we would have been happy to provide extra upon request. As for the garbage situation, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. We had an issue with the city's garbage collection, and while our cleaning team tried to take care of it in time, they were unable to do so due to the weekend schedule. We always make sure there is a trash bin available for guests, and we regret that this was not up to standard during your stay. Lastly, we're sorry to hear that the decorations didn't meet your expectations. We strive to ensure that our space is up-to-date, cozy, and inviting, and we take great care in creating a comfortable environment for all our guests. We understand that personal taste plays a significant role, but we make sure to take careful considerations when choosing the design and decorations, ensuring they reflect our house's goal — to serve as someone’s home away from home, providing comfort and a welcoming atmosphere.
