Comfort and Convenience in Downtown Sitka - Suite B

Enjoy a restful stay at this centrally located vacation space, managed by the property owners. Stay in our spacious marine view suite near Lincoln Street, the heart of downtown Sitka. Experience the rich Alaskan history and culture while relaxing in this home away from home. Long-time resident hosts are happy to assist with your needs. We take pride in cleanliness and responding quickly to guest requests. Whenever possible, we will do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.

Your Property
• Two bedrooms and two ¾ bathrooms, ideal for four guests.
• Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, located on the main level, with easy access to a ¾ bathroom and a washer and dryer.
• Bedroom #2 has two full-size beds on the second floor and an ensuite ¾ bathroom.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot, along with enough eating and cooking utensils. Guests can dine at the bar-height counter or the dining table.
• The living area offers a modern pull-out sofa that can accommodate a fifth guest if needed. Additional amenities include a Smart TV with Firestick or Roku, a stereo, and extra seating to enjoy the marina view.
• Marine and sunset vistas are best enjoyed from the private balcony.
• A shared BBQ area is perfect for grilling the day’s catch, with propane available on site.

Other Details to Note
Katlian Street Suites is a three-story, mixed-use building with both residential and commercial spaces. Floors two and three feature identical residential units, Suites A and B. On the street level, Suites C, D, and E are office and retail establishments.

Guest Access
Arrival instructions will be sent one week before your stay, including your personal door code. Each suite has an exterior entrance. Door codes are changed for each guest.

Our go-to place to stay in Sitka

We love the Katlian Street Suites. They are comfortable, clean, are well stocked and have everything you need during your visit. Location is perfect for fishing from ANB Harbor and walking to all the sites and shopping in Sitka. Can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay in Sitka

Clean and convenient to town, this place was great for the four of us on our fishing trip to Sitka. Our charter picked us up at the marina which is just a short walk. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and a barbecue is available. Shannon is wonderfully attentive-five ⭐️

Nice place!

Loved this condo! Great location close to downtown, restaurants, and the self charter fishing dock. This place was well appointed, clean, large newer washer and dryer, comfortable beds and two 3/4 baths. The host was great with her communication. We definitely want to stay here again next time we’re in Sitka.

When my and friend and I come to Sitka, Katlian Suites is always our first choice. We have stayed here for many years. We find it really clean and comfortable. The owner provides many nice little touches and everything you could possibly need to make it feel like home. We will be back!!

Perfect stay in Sitka

Katlian Street Suites are perfect for our family's needs while visiting Sitka. The location is ideal for our fishing charter as well as walking to shopping, restaurants and other sightseeing. The Suites are clean, comfortable and come stocked with essentials like coffee, creamer & sugar! Shannon is very responsive to requests such as modifying dates and adding an adult to our itinerary. We hope to stay here again next summer.

Lovely two-storey place with balcony

This place is even nicer than it looks in the listing. The location is great - right near the water, and quite close to the main drag without being too busy. Dan was always prompt in responding to messages and was very pleasant and helpful. Look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful Sitka

Fantastic property and wonderful hosts! We had such fun during our first visit to Sitka...kayaking, hiking, and wandering. Dan and Gretchen gave us great recommendations and were so responsive and flexible. Their place is located very close to the Main Street and in easy walking distance of Totem Park. We will be back!
