Great Place To Come Stay

Two master bedroom suites with full bathrooms, 3rd bedroom and bonus room in the basement. Great kitchen with all the supplies you will need as well as three patios for you to enjoy a meal or two. All rooms come complete with TV's and plenty of closet space for you to feel right at home. There is high speed internet. The attached garage on the main level is great for entry in and out of the condo, and a nice place to store items. This quite neighborhood is located 10 minutes from the 5 freeway and is only 15 minutes from Washington Square Mall.

Relocation

A mixed bag.

Obviously, the listing pictures for the ground floor area do not convey a real image of the space. The area comprised of the kitchen/living and dining area is small, narrow and very dark. We had to turn the lights on during the day (summer months) and it was still darker than on the photos. The massive sofa in the LR took so much space, watching TV was uncomfortable. Upstairs BR & BA are spacious, but no desk or table for a laptop. Bedding was mismatched. Quiet street in Sexton Mountain, friendly neighborhood, one car garage OK for our sedan.

Good and Comfortable Property

We reserved this property for 2 months, and it worked out very well for us. Don was helpful and responsive to our needs. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, pots/pans and utensils we needed to cook all of our meals. It was definitely one of the best stocked kitchens we have seen. The townhouse is in a great neighborhood and is close to grocery and drug stores.

Great place between homes

Our VRBO host, Don, was great! He was responsive to our questions and checked in with us to confirm everything was as we expected. The home was well stocked with all the linens and kitchen essentials we needed...I happened to mention a mixer would be a great item to add to the kitchen and by the weekend, Don had dropped one off. The home has easy access for all sorts of connecting freeways...easy to get around this part of Beaverton. It is very safe...going for walks was easy; including a walk to the neighborhood grocery store. This is a townhome and the neighbors were friendly but we never heard anything of our neighbors through the shared walls. Very cozy and quiet inside. I highly recommend this home!

Very clean and comfortable!

The home was super clean and upgraded, which made it super easy to feel right at home and enjoy our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to cook if you wish. Great location, minutes from stores and restaurants. The owner was really nice and always replied to any questions I had promptly. The livingroom could use one more comfortable sitting space, as we had four adults on our trip and the couch only seated three. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
