Welcome to our newly renovated - Luxury Waterfront Cottage 29. Cottage 29 was a forgotten little gem now newly restored & renovated, come join and give Cottage 29 new life. Cottage 29 is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Sleeps 4 Waterfront cottage with outdoor wrap around porch, garden patio & Chefs Kitchen & Kayaks included! A boho take on a classic coastal style, it features plenty of spots to curl up with the good book or sip your coffee and stare out at the water. It also includes a gourmet kitchen, wrap around verandah, large outdoor grill and a garden patio. UNIQUE FEATURES: WALKING DISTANCE TO RESTAURANTS, BEACH AND COFFEE SHOPS, WATERFRONT VERANDA AND ACCESS, LARGE OUTDOOR GRILL, GARDEN PATIO, GOURMET CHEF’S KITCHEN, TWO KAYAKS. Pets must be approved by Moore House prior to booking and will incur a $150 Pet Fee. ALL events must be approved by Moore House PRIOR to booking. Our Cottage includes all Luxury pressed bedding, linens and amenities as well as a fully stocked pantry. All you need to bring are some food and clothing :) **Also ask for our Moore House experience RI like a local list** We have a great list compiled of all of our favorite things Rhode Island has to offer and why our town of Tiverton RI is the best and most convenient place to see everything Rhode Island has to offer. By renting this cottage you are helping to restore forgotten homes & helping save historic properties around Coastal Rhode Island.
