Not functioning the way it should have been

OThe house was lively but its new and a new and they were completely unprepared for a group of ten. Showers had not been cleaned properly and drains were clogged with other peoples hair.We wanted to grill for 15 people and gas cylinder was empty. We then tried to cook in the stove but there were no pans to cook in.We had water problems the entire week. 24 hours we had absolutely no water to use or drink. Our last day someone came to change the pipes to make suitable for a large group.We were offered 10% refund but considering the price of this rental, we should’ve gotten more
