The cabin was better than expected and accurately portrayed in the listing. Very remote and quiet with just the sounds of nature. Great restaurant (Deb's Cross Fork Inn) and family owned convenience store (Kinney's) in Cross Fork just a mile or two down the mountain. Owner, Donna, was very helpful and was available if needed. She takes care of stocking the cabin with everything you'd need - just bring food and drink.

The place is beautiful and spacious. Country decorated. Stocked with EVERTHING You need for dsy to day living. The only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness is that the refrigerator could have been cleaned a little better. We fully intend to rent again next year.

My Dad and I rented the Bears Den for a Father -Son weekend getaway and I think we found our yearly go to destination. This place was great! If you’re looking to ride ATV’s or if you’re looking to just enjoy the quiet of the outdoors this is the place. The cabin was fantastic. It was cozy, comfortable and beautiful. The Host is absolutely wonderful. She checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks Donna! My Dad and I will definitely be booking the Bears Den again!!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful luxury cabin. It is fully equipped, and very nice. My buddies and I were there four days and were able to enjoy some great trail riding on our dual sports in several of the wonderful Penna State Forrests. I highly recommend this great cabin and host !!
