It was a nice place and convenient for where we wanted to go. Had some difficulty with the lock box but Stephanie was very easy to get in touch with. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Newfound Lake Area Vacation
Our family of four decided on this place based on the pictures, location and the reviews. We can not wait to go back next year. The place is spacious, spotless and convenient. There are three levels to the condo and a screened in back porch. Everyone was able to find a space of their own. Yet, accommodating for breakfast/dinner meals together. Cleanliness is a non-issue. This place passed my wife's inspection! It was cleaner than some hotels that we've stayed in. Wellington beach is beautiful and within walking distance. There's hiking trails, waterfalls, shopping, fishing, restaurants, ice cream shops and stuff for both adults and kids near by. If you have a boat there is docking space on the premises. Stephanie, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with. The final stamp of approval and the best compliment that I can share is from my nine and six year old children. Both of whom thanked my wife and I for "giving us such a good vacation".

Great week at Newfound Lake condo
We rented this condo for a week in August 2013 and had a wonderful time. It's in a great location near the lake, and it's well equipped with everything you need. The screened-in porch was great for breakfast or for a glass of wine in the evening. There's a boat launch on the property, and we brought our kayak and paddled out to Newfound Lake several times. There is also great paddling in nearby ponds. It's very convenient to Wellington State Park, which has a beautiful beach, and hiking trails are also nearby. It's also not too far from the White Mountains, and we went there several times for hiking and sightseeing. The condo is very clean and well taken care of. We even met a couple of the neighbors, who were very nice. Stephanie, the owner, is very easy to work with. We would certainly consider renting here again.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient Condo at Newfound Lake
My friends and I rented this condo for an early weekend in June. A cold and rainy weekend kept us indoors so we spent a lot of time inside the condo. Nonetheless, we enjoyed hanging out in the condo--the living room was very spacious and comfortable and the kitchen had all the items we needed. The condo was very clean and well-kept. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable--and nicely set up for two couples. The condo is a very short walk to Wellington State Park and a short drive to a variety of restaurants and shops. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this condo again for other trips to Newfound Lake.

Lovely Getaway
My brother and I rented this unit for my parents as an anniversary gift this summer and they had a wonderful time. We were looking for a rental that would have direct access to the lake and allow our parents to easily dock and use their 20ft power boat throughout their stay, without the hassle of taking it in and out of the water each day. This townhome gave them that benefit, and the unit itself was also very clean and comfortable. There was more than enough room for my parents as well as my brother's family (him, his wife, and their young son) when they came up for a day visit to enjoy the lake with my parents.
Stephanie, the owner, was very easy to work with. She was responsive, flexible, and went above and beyond to make our visit an enjoyable one. We would absolutely rent from Stephanie again.

Newfound Lake Condo
We have rented the condo three times and have enjoyed it tremendously on each visit. There are so many great things: spacious, screened in porch for grilling, plenty of sleeping space, comfortable living and kitchen space. The condo has canoe access on the property, is within walking distance to Wellington State Park, and a short distance to the town beach. Some of the local highlights for a family: a short ride to blueberry picking, autobahn trail access, and a cute local ice cream shop. It truly has the fun "get away" feel that makes it a great place to visit at any time of the year.

Great stay at great property!
We stayed at this property on two separate occasions. It is conveniently located on the Fowler River, with easy access to Newfound Lake. The town house has everything needed for a vacation at the lake. We had plenty of space for our family. The screened-in porch was perfect for watching nature in the backyard that overlooks the river. A gas grill made cooking a breeze. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and available for questions and information. We had two great stays and highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect family get away!
We stayed here twice and absolutely loved it! The place is clean and well stocked with just about everything you may need. It's very spacious and location is perfect. Very family friendly too! Reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a family getaway! The screened porch is awesome for enjoying a meal outside or just sitting outside relaxing. The owner, Stephanie was also very easy to work with and very accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
