A clean home in a very nice location (good street for the kids to ride bikes)/ A couple of negatives.... only the bedrooms had in window a/c units and if one was to spend any amount of time in the living/dining room areas you suffer because only the living room had an overhead fan. Back slider had no screen therefore one could not open for cross-vent. Master bedroom needs a new mattress; terrible to sleep on. Hosts were great with regard to communication and dealing with other concerns upon arrival. The linens were clean and adequate as was the kitchen which had supplies for coffee and makers. Overall, an O.K. stay.

The house was clean and in a great location for beaches, shopping, and activities. Large spacious yard. Loved having an outdoor shower. The host was very responsive. We were 4 adults and 1 child and the space was adequate. We enjoyed our stay.

Classic Cape experience in a really good location, close to National Seashore beaches, bike paths, and Bay beaches and just a short drive to many Cape “must do” destinations and activities.
