What could be sweeter than having your own bathroom in each bedroom. This home has 3 bedrooms. The master oceanfront is huge and can accommodate an air mattress or tow if your group is large. Beautiful great room has sofa seating and a bar. The kitchen is nicely appointed with a large cooking/serving island. Giant glass enclosed patio oceanfront with fire pit, table, chairs and loungers. love it

The house is fine for what it is, but there was no working dishwasher and we weren’t allowed to use the fireplace. The screen doors had corroded shut from the salt air.The neighborhood has a few homes but the peninsula is quite desolate with what appears to be an abandoned development.
We were looking to get a way for a few days, away from the 4th of July crowds but close to the beach. Sol Vista delivered and exceeded expectations. The place was situated right on the water, close proximity to dining options and crowds if we wanted to. Best relaxing stay in a while. If you are looking for some peace and quiet with options, this is the place to stay.
Second time at this house always a pleasure to stay. Clean home, easy check in and out. Comfortable beds and good wifi connection. Enjoyed raining weather with a cup of coffee. House has everything you need from pots and pans to outdoor grill.
We had a wonderful stay at this home. We arrived in the evening and had an issue with the TV that night but Irka took care of it the next morning. She is the most delightful property manager and made sure we really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and having the beach just steps away was really the highlight of our trip.
Always a pleasure staying at this property once again. Check in is easy and house has everything you need to make a large meal. Fans in every room is a plus. It makes the room fresh enough to sleep during summer nights. There was a lot of mosquitoes two days only but there was insect repellent to help out. I will continue to stay at this property at least twice a year. Neighbors were really nice and friendly.

The property is in need of updating and AC. It is on the beach which was awesome. The internet is is so slow that I had to turn off the wifi on my phone to do any online stuff.
Place wa nice and clean. We will go back for sure! Irka was also very nice and accommodating.

Beach stay
The first property was good but then when the water ran oout we had to move another house because we weren't going to get any water till the next day so that's the part that I didn't like k ow the other house was good but it wasn't in front of the the beach that the part that I didn't like so all in all I give it a C
This property seems to be well kept and maintained. The outside patio is great and loved the view. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a plus. The kitchen is well stocked. However when we first arrived the water heater was turned off and took a few hours to heat up the water. There did appear to be some issues on the messages through Vrbo. We ran out of water the next day in the evening. After multiple calls back and forth, water arrive a bit before noon the day after.
Had a wonderful time both at the house and in Ensenada. House is as described very nice and pleasant. Few things I would fix. The chairs by dining room table my mother fell because the casters were broken. Turns out all chairs were broken. The pressure in the showers all 3 drip at best. May just need to be cleaned but pressure anywhere else like in sinks was good. Other than that very nice views beds were comfortable and would stay here again. Not sure why punta banda was almost abandoned. They have very nice beaches! Thanks.

Great location, details need attention
Positives:
Property manager responds quickly
House was spacious
Location is steps from the beach
Negatives:
VRBO gave us incorrect key lock code
Half the time we had no water
Dishwasher did not work
Wifi did not work
Beds are quite firm
Blankets on bed were dirty
Not allowed to use fireplace
House came with no instructions for general use
We were fortunate family friends rented a nearby property as we had to use their house for showers/toilets as we did not have access to water/water pressure for half of our visit. We arrived late on a Friday. On Saturday morning the water pressure was super low but we were able to shower and use the sinks. On Sunday morning we woke up to no water whatsoever. .We called the PM who promptly ordered more water. When the water was delivered we had water again. We went out for the day and returned that night to, again, no water. A burning smell was in the garage where the water pump was. A handyman was sent out who fixed the pump. He noted the pump had been improperly repaired before which caused some sort of short. He was surprised the breaker had not been tripped and was also surprised the pump had not been irretrievably broken. He replaced a part on the pump and got it to work again. He noted the kitchen sink had low water pressure probably due to some sort of blockage in the sink pipes. This we could live with. These repairs took place on a Sunday night. On Monday, we woke up again to no water, called the PM who again sent out a handyman who diagnosed the issue to a running toilet and said we had low water. (I checked the plancha for water and it was full). We had already left to our friend's house because we had to use their facilities. While I am not expert, I am 99% the issue is with the pump. When the PM initially came out just prior to the handyman, she noted that pumps are expensive to replace. The burning smell, the prior repairs, the new part all suggest it probably needs to be replaced.
Not having WIFI, no use of the fireplaces or dishwashers, hard beds, but most importantly no water made for a disappointing visit. We wish that we had been offered a partial refund.
Very clean property, private beach area. Each bedroom has a complete bathroom a plus. All cooking utensils available. New refrigerator, stove, outdoor grill. Enough gas to cook thanksgiving dinner. Pet friendly. Me and my family will return again soon.
We are so grateful for the week we spent in this beautiful home. My husband and I travel to the area frequently to visit mom, but haven’t brought our dogs. This time, we AND the dogs had SUCH a nice time. The backyard is to die for and secure for dogs. It’s far enough down the spit that the beach was almost exclusively ours. WiFi was great enough for Netflix on my iPad, Zoom meetings on my laptop, and Xbox live on the TV all at the same time! (Xbox not included). If you want a peaceful escape where you can watch and hear the ocean all day and night, but is safe for dogs and kids to have outdoor freedom, Do. Not. Hesitate.
Had a beautiful time with family, house was clean when we arrived, it had all the amenities anybody would need, it has a very big fire pit outside that was perfect for all the family to be around, stores are super close if you’re missing any supplies, beach was clean no trash, just want to say thank you for letting me rent this beautiful house to spend time with my family, they had a wonderful time
