Prepare to relax when you book this stylish 3 bedroom and 2 bath house with a heated pool. Ideally located 2 blocks from the beach and one block from a playground and Nature Preserve. The perfect setting for a family retreat or girl's getaway. Enjoy lounging in the back yard, soaking up the rays on the beach, and dining at the local restaurants. BTR # 1867

Private three bedroom house with a beach theme and chic furnishings. The backyard has a heated pool, shower, two grills, outdoor table, and lounging areas. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. The other bathroom has a bath and shower and is in between the 2 guest bedrooms. The pool is accessed through the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The living room includes a queen sofa bed. A ring camera is on the front door and only records the exterior when you approach the front door. Circular driveway fits 3 cars (street parking is prohibited).

You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay and your time at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee maker, a Keurig, coffee, tea, and basis spices. Linens, towels, hair dryers, and toiletries are provided. For your time indoors board games, puzzles, wifi, a smart tv in the master bedroom, and a smart tv in the living room (with cable as well) are available. Pool toys, snorkels, goggles, and rafts are available for the pool. A beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys are available to take to the beach. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room.

To make your stay with children more convenient a high chair, pack-n-play, stroller, floaties, and life jackets are available along with door alarms that you can turn on or off on the doors that lead out to the pool (adult supervision required).

Great location, Fabulous pool

Great property with fabulous outdoor area and pool. Excellent facilities including beach equipment and laundry room. Great location near beach and restaurants. Much larger than it looks and fine for six people. Sofa bed could do to be replaced.

Our whole family loved this house and made lots of fun memories!!

Definitely would recommend staying here close to everything and nice to stay at the house with the kids but also nice to be able to walk to the beach!!

Indian Rocks Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It was a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The pool was very nice and clean. I would recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Very comfortable for 6 adult women. Clean, well stocked, had everything we wanted/needed. Loved having a beach wagon, cooler, etc. Only took 5 min to walk to beach. Within walking distance to some restaurants, bars, etc.

Awesome House

This rental is awesome. Pictures don’t do it justice. So clean and tidy.So close to the beach and the private pool is outstanding.Plenty of room inside and out.We would definitely rent again in the future.

Xmas vacation

The property is nice and clean. The pool and deck are gorgeous. The beach and 6 pickleball courts are in walking distance. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. I would recommend making reservations a couple of weeks in advance if you come during spring break.

Amazing Beach House

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is very clean, stylishly decorated, and well stocked with anything you would need for your stay. The pool and backyard space was a major highlight of the trip. The two minute walk to the beach across the street as well as the park close by were major pluses for us too. Would recommend this gem to anyone looking to vacation in the Indian Rocks Beach area.

Family Getaway

This beach house was a wonderful place for our family of 5 adults to relax. The rooms were spacious and the outdoor space (and pool) was comfortable. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were stocked. A quiet 2-block walk to the beach and several restaurant choices within a 10-minute walk. The property manager was proactive in facilitating our check-in and very responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot

There was nothing that I would have changed about the house and the back yard/pool. I was there with my daughter and her fiancé and my significant other. The layout of the house makes it possible to have some privacy. The convenience of the washer and dryer was great. The pool was wonderful! Great location within walking of the beach/ restaurants and bars. Truly a wonderful experience.

Great long weekend break from the cold northeast

It is a cute house near the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for for our family of 6. We could walk 1.5 blocks to the beautiful beach and then retreat to our private pool. The owner was very responsive. The place was clean and up to date. It is close to the airport and an easy retreat from the northeast. We would definitely consider renting the same place again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Amazing Family Getaway Oasis!

I could not have asked for a better location, house, and set of amenities for our family vacation to Florida. The house was perfect for my family of 4 and my brother's family of 3. Combined we had 2 - 18 month olds and 3 year old who absolutely loved the pool area plus all of the beach toys and accessories! The house had literally everything we needed for the beach and pool. Everything was clean, communication was superb, and the beach was a short 2 block walk. The neighborhood was lovely and being just a couple houses away from a beautiful park/playground and nature walk couldn't have been more perfect. I would 100% recommend this property to any family looking to make wonderful vacation memories. Hopefully we'll be back some day!

Amazing Home in the Best location possible

We had an AMAZING stay here! Location! Location! Location! Owner is super responsive and sweet. Home is perfect! Everything is available- pool was amazing. I can't say enough about the town, location, owner and the home. You must stay here! Tons of amazing restaurants walking distance away; you have to try the 100 flavors of ice cream at Tropical Ice cream and coffee; get Pizza at TJ's Italian restaurant and eat fresh seafood at Guppy's. The beach is so close and clean. Our family will be visiting this home again very soon.

Perfect

As others have mentioned, the fenced in pool area is the highlight. This rental makes you feel welcomed by having plenty of supplies available. I was at another rental right after this one that only had two roles of toilet paper and locks on many of the closets. This was the complete opposite. The location is great. The house is great. I highly recommend you look at booking this house if staying in the area. Loved every minute of it and was sad to leave.

Charming Family Getaway!

This house is perfectly charming! It's obviously been extended over the years which makes the layout fun. There are some interesting features - the step down into the master bathroom, the old style light switch in the hallway, the thickness of the original walls - which make this a home of character. The house has everything you could need and more in amenities and items left for guest use, like dishtabs/laundry detergent etc. and so much more. The yard is an absolute haven - a great pool and lovely landscaping, seating and lighting that make this the perfect space for evening relaxation or a pool day. We adored this home and would highly recommend it - we hope to return!

Good Vibes Only.

This house is adorable! When you walk in, you leave your stress at the door. It was a pleasingly clean home that feels like it just keeps going. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids with space in between. The decor throughout the house creates a vibe that brings you back a few decades to the old Florida Beach feels with a twist of modern. Nice quiet neighborhood. The beach, a few shops, and the kooky coconut are only a few minutes of walking from the house. The Nature Preserve Boardwalk through the mangroves to view the bay and playground are practically across the street which was a nice bonus. The older kids enjoyed riding the beach cruisers around the block. The Backyard was everything. The pool with the surrounding palm trees, flowers, and shells made us feel like we were in our own little private oasis and the house provided everything we needed to enjoy the pool, the beach, and in the kitchen. The host was very responsive and access into the house was very easy. I've stayed in many rentals and this one is probably my favorite. I would definitely recommend this house and I hope to stay here again someday.
