Welcome to Eagle's Nest, our custom home located directly on Payson Golf Course. You'll be close to Main Street and all of Payson's conveniences but tucked away in your own slice of paradise. Enjoy privacy on our half-acre lot and choose to enjoy the covered back patio watching golfers, hummingbirds and elk, or the outdoor TV. Inside we offer all the comforts of home including a LoveSac couch, game room, dual split king master suites, and a dedicated office queen bedroom.

Amazing home. We stayed 30 days and loved the home, location and the Elk visit each evening on the golf course. We were on the 8th green so watched the golfers. We also enjoyed the covered patio and had coffee every morning. The home had amazing accessories and we would go back again… the sleep number beds were a real plus.

I rented the home for family during the Christmas holiday. The owners went above and beyond by putting up some Christmas decorations. My family from Europe felt that these added touches made them feel right at home. One of our family members didn't receive their luggage prior to check out time and the owners offered to sign for it and, if my relatives left, they would drive it back down to the valley for them to pick it up. I have rented a lot of vacation homes throughout the world and would definitely put this home and the owners in the top 1%.

My family and I fell in love with this place. The house itself is so beautiful and cozy. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the game room and I we sat for ours trying all of the different games. Everyone felt right at home. The back patio was a favorite of ours given the golf course views, weather and at night the elk were right on the other side of the gate. We were able to complete relax and feel at home. It is a very short distance to town but tucked away from everything. The golf course was a lot of fun as well. The host was very responsive and quick to answer questions. We had no issues getting in or out. House was immaculately clean. We travel a lot, and we prefer booking houses over hotels so I can say with certainty, this place was a favorite of ours. We will be back for sure!

Where do I begin?

Kathryn and Chad's home was perfect in every way. It exceeded our high expectations. We stayed almost a week. So very comfortable. If our meds hadn’t run out we would have opted for another week. Exceptionally clean. Beautifully decorated and functional. The four of us couldn’t wait to take in the view while having our morning coffee on the patio.. The TV out there was used every day. The patio is furnished for comfort and taking in the view. We loved watching five or six hummingbirds at the feeders from dawn to dusk. One evening we were treated to a 21 herd of elk. From babies romping to the Grandpa keeping them all in line. It was like living in a National Park. The master bedroom suite that we had was to die for. King bed with each side adjustable. Huge TV and plenty of dresser space. Bathroom had the best rain shower ever.The icing on the cake for me was the large walk in closet/dressing area. Adjacent to the master is a large laundry room, with everything you need supplied. The second bedroom was like a mini master, beautifully done.
