The apartment was really nice and spacious and had all the amenities necessary. It is literally right on the beach so that is amazing and in walking distance to a brand new Publix. The staff at the building are super friendly. Pool is nice and Elizabeth was really responsive to all our questions and super helpful.

Great stay in a fantastic property!

I cannot recommend this property enough. Elizabeth, our host, clearly loves this property and it shows in the way it is kept and in her responsiveness. Everything is as nice as the pictures show. The views of both the ocean and the intercoastal are stunning. The overall staff were friendly and hard working. It seemed there was always someone cleaning in the lobby. The pool and direct beach access were a highlight. Easy walking or Uber distance to groceries and dining. All around a great place and we would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Elizabeth for 2 month and we are quite happy that we decided to choose this apartment. It has great location, all we needed was near by, apartment is renovated and fully furnished with modern furniture. Also there is a baby dinning table that was very helpfull for us. Elizabeth is a great host, when we arrived we found a bottle of wine and some baby food for our baby boy. Also when we wanted something she was ready to bring it to us. We really enjoyed the apartment itself, great view and pool and the beach. We hope return back. Thank you so much:)))

Disappointing Experience - Beware of Unfair Deposit Charges!

I had a highly disappointing experience at this property. First and foremost, the host withheld my security deposit, claiming it was needed to replace a couch that was already worn and in poor condition when I arrived. It feels like a blatant attempt to make guests pay for their overdue upgrades, which is unacceptable. She found the opportunity to replace a pleather worn out couch with a an actual leather couch from a luxury furniture store. The apartment itself is outdated and in desperate need of maintenance. The kitchen items (pots, pans and utensils) are old and dirty, the shower in the master bath is even worse—it’s in dire need of a complete renovation as it felt more like something from a run-down motel than a vacation rental and reeked mold. The day I moved in, I completely cleaned the entire apartment to make our stay comfortable. Additionally, there were several other issues throughout the apartment that made the stay far less comfortable than expected. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, as it felt like the host was more focused on taking advantage of guests for their own repairs than providing a quality rental experience. I may have been scammed out of $500 but hopefully you don’t have to be. Pick a different host!!!

Splendide endroit et vue

Tout s’est bien passé et j’ai passé de merveilleuses vacances. Certains endroits ont 3/5 pour la propreté et l’édifice manque sérieusement de rénovations et de rafraîchissement. Cependant le coin est près de tout, tout, tout à pied et la vue magnifique et la propriétaire très à l’écoute. J’y retournerais!

My apt was absolutely perfect!!!

The apt is terrific and just perfect for a vacation / time off in Miami Beach. Owner has gone out her way to make this apt just the perfect spot. The location is 5 out 5 stars and has such a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. Will definitely stay here next year again !
