New neighborhood perched on a hill overlooking Laughlin. Close to shopping, dining and grocery stores. Only 10 minutes to Laughlin. The home is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc to make delicious meals at home. Or, BBQ on the patio with great desert views! There are 3 bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet including hangers, a laundry hamper and extra linens and towels. Enjoy a day on the beach with beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels available for use. Starter kit with amenities and cleaning supplies provided. Water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Be one of the first guests to enjoy this beautiful newer home!

My parents stayed here for couple of months over winter ad really enjoyed the home. It was in a great location for them to explore the area and the home was well furnished. They had a great stay!
