DETAILS ON THE HOUSE--

The first floor features a large open living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a full washer and dryer, bathroom, and side door where you can bring all your sandy things and get them right into the wash! There are no steps on the first floor with a step-in shower and access to a queen sofa sleeper, along with a twin pull out bed.

The second floor has a loft with a queen bed and French doors leading out to a sprawling deck surrounded by palm trees. The second floor has an owner's retreat with a private bedroom and bathroom, along with two other equipped bedrooms and a full bathroom, including a bathtub.

The third floor is a loft bedroom with another full bathroom. The room opens up to another wrap-around deck with nearly 360-degree views.

You just need to take out your trash and load the dishwasher before you leave, thanks for taking such great care of our house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in or on the property, no vaping or use of other drugs either.
Guests need to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Please respect other guests in the neighborhood. This isn't the best place for a party!

The house was exactly as described! Very spacious yet cozy! We would definitely stay in this home again when coming back to Miramar! Very short walk to the beach (with an outstanding trolly) and super close the an amazing pool! All beds were comfy and the kitchen was accommodating to cook. We cooked breakfast daily and one or two dinners. The host was super friendly and helpful upon our arrival and departure… and any questions I had during our stay. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this beach house! HIGHLY Recommended!

Amazing House! Perfect for large groups heading to the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. It is in an adorable community of houses right across the street from the beach. There is a "clubhouse" for the neighborhood that gives you beach access with a bar and a restroom! I would absolutely recommend this place!

The host was great at communicating and sharing information as we approached the arrival date. The house was snuggled in a cul de sac close to the pool and the ocean was just a walk away or a golf cart ride. The house does not come with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom, we had a shortage of towels in the bathrooms. The main floor bathroom had some mold in the shower. The washer had mold all over the rubber seals. The room with two queen beds got really warm at night and the beds were not great. There were no baking sheets to cook our fresh caught fish. Overall our family really enjoyed our stay and would book with this host again. We stayed over a busy holiday week and I’m sure the cleaners were very busy too with quick turnovers. Check out was really easy, host was responsive and wonderful to deal with! The neighborhood is nice and quiet everyone was nice including the golf cart drivers. Our beach memories are unforgettable!

This was our 8th year staying in Emerald Shores. Our favorite host by far! Julie was more than accommodating and so pleasant and greeted us via text and offered us help if we needed it but also let us use her home as our own and we couldn’t be more thankful! Seriously 100/5 stars fr. Stay was fire.
