Ideale Lage bei Ag. aimilianos
Perfekte Lage mit Zugang über Treppen zum privaten Strand (Felsen) und 2' weg von traumhafenten kleinen Bucht teilweise mit Steine teilweise Sandstrand, ideal für Kleinkinder. Schöner Garten mit traumhafte Meerblick bis Spetses. Praktisch geteilte Wohnung in 2 Etagen mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Schlafsofa in Wohnzimmer in EG. Verfügt über ein Badezimmer 1. Stock und ein WC in EG. Küche knapp ausgestattet für einfachen malzeiten. Möblierung (Sehr) in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen und Betten waren leider ziemlich schlecht. Für uns der einzige ernsthafte Nachteil. Ansonsten haben wir die Wohnung sehr genossen.

Wonderful
We had a beautiful time in the lovely house. The garden is a dream and the view priceless. The house is equipped with everything you need. Interior is ‚classic’ but was fine for us. Communication was very nice and we always had the possibility to contact our host or his assistant Ravi. We really loved jumping over to the island of Spetses with the taxi boats and travel the area. One of the best holidays 💙. We‘ll be back!

Mooie omgeving
Het huis ligt in een prima omgeving.
Op de website staat 2 badkamers, hiermee bedoelen ze 2 toiletten en geen 2 douches. Was aanpassen voor ons, waren met 2 stellen. Prettiger was geweest ieder een eigen badkamer zoals we aanvankelijk gedacht hadden.
Best veel achterstallig onderhoud. Keukengerei is erg sober(bijv geen broodmes,alleen grote pannen).
Ontvangst van gastvrouw was erg matig, aan de telefoon om onze komst aan te kondigen reageerde ze tegen het chagerijnige aan. In de vakantiewoning was ze weer vertrokken voordat we met onze ogen hadden geknipperd, tijdens verblijf niet naar ons geinformeerd, bij vertrek ook niet aanwezig.
Omgeving maakte gelukkig veel goed, fijne tijd gehad!

Excellent location with private beach access. Owner was so helpful that he even arranged BBQ set for us. Kitchen needs minor upgrade for active self caterers.

fabuleux
Le cadre est magnifique, nous avons vraiment été dépaysés. L'accès aux criques par un petit escalier en bas du jardin et par ailleurs à une plage de galets ont été appréciés. Rien que pour la vue sur la baie et l'île de Spetses, la villa vaut de l'or ! Merci pour ce beau séjour.
