Everything was as listed, quiet area, sauna was nice to relax in and everything else was nearby about 15 min to the minnewaska park, New Paltz and local breweries. Small issue with sink leak and was taken care of same day. Lovely place !

We enjoyed our stay in thr lovely home. The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing meals a breeze. We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in the woods. I booked it so my sister—visiting from abroad—could experience New York’s fall, and the location was perfect for apple picking, Minnewaska trails, and Mohonk Mountain House.The home felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the forest, yet had all the modern comforts. Everything—from the kitchen and entertainment units to the yoga mats, fire pit, and beautiful surroundings—was thoughtfully prepared. We left feeling rested and energized. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

The house is absolutely spectacular—spotless, thoughtfully designed, and full of personal touches that make every corner feel intentional and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beds were incredible—extremely comfortable and perfect for resting after full days out. The surroundings are beautiful and conveniently located near nearby towns as well as several attractions and trails. We visited during winter, so there was quite a bit of snow—definitely make sure your car is equipped to handle snowy conditions. Sergei was very accommodating and easy to reach when we had questions or concerns. The only minor issue was the water pressure in some areas, which we believe was due to the especially icy winter this season, but it didn’t take away from our experience at all. The sauna was a wonderful bonus and made our short getaway even more special. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat..
