This is a two bedroom Villa which sleeps 4/6 people, with one double bedroom and one twin, plus a double comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. This Villa is equipped with all the amenities required to enjoy your perfect holiday. There is a family bathroom on the first floor and a downstairs cloakroom. Wifi and a Safe is also available. You can either sunbathe and swim in your own private pool, or just with a 10 minutes walk away there are local bars, shops and restaurants to enjoy that relaxing evening out. The Golden Coast Beach and picturesque Fishing Harbour & Marina are just a 5 minutes walk away. On the complex there is a basketball Court, children's play and picnic area, so there is enough there to keep the whole family busy.

Very nice little villa in a quiet area just 10 mins walk from a good quality sandy beach for swimming and 10 mins drive into Protaras for the food and nightlife. Car ideal but not essential as there are regular buses into town and Ayia Napa every few minutes.

We had a great 10 days stay at the villa. The house was clean at arrival and the pool was cleaned twice weekly. The only small issue was the large amount of small ants in the kitchen making it impossible to leave any food out for a short time period. Additionally, the villa was a little hard to find based on the location found on the webside. Other than that we were very pleased with the villa and location worth a recommendation!

Superb Villa Luca In Pernera

Excellent family holiday. The Villa has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The swimming pool at the property was perfect for a swim and cooling off after a day in sunshine.

My family and I had an amazing two week stay at this villa.

The villa was amazing! Close to shops and bars and the beach only a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again. The owner so accommodating and friendly. Had the best time here.

Perfect!!

I stayed at this villa with 3 friends and it was fantastic. Its in a quite neighbourhood yet only minutes walking to the beach and to shops, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

What a fantastic location and property, just right for a small family. It was very clean, the pool was great and there's a beach at the end of the road - what more could you want? The Pinia restaurant just aroud the corner is great for Cypriot food. We'll be back...

It’s an excellent property that’s near amenities. The owner is easily accessible. What’s advertised is what you see upon arrival and hence I have given it a rating of 5 stars. I was allowed a late check out as my flight was late in the evening. If you’re looking for a tranquil Villa then this one is the right one for you.

Better than the pictures

The villa is definitely better than the pictures shown and had a good layout of what you need to make your stay comfortable The only thing which could do with a small service is the airconditioning as started dripping on my head in bed but solved this by pulling the bed away from the wall Overall great place to stay and very good financially Thank you

Relaxing family holiday

Great host who ensured we had everything we needed before we left the UK for a smooth arrival. Always responded promptly to any messages sent. Property was very clean. Welcome package of essentials and pool towels provided. Perfect for a family of four. Great pool, good size and cleaned regularly. Quiet area, 10-15 min walk to plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets. Short drive to larger supermarkets and beautiful beaches. Well placed to explore the surrounding areas of Protaras & Ayia Napa.

Overall this villa was just what we required. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the white goods, but apart from this it was ideal. We were at a wedding at the Golden Coast resort, which is approx a 5 minute walk away and Pernera strip was only a 10/15 minute walk.

Lovely relaxing stay

Arrived at the villa at 1.30am. Easily found with the directions given by the host. Welcome pack was a great touch. Villa was clean, linen clean and fresh. Villa had everything we could need and plenty of room. Pool was a good size. Great powerful outdoor shower. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Good communication from the rental agency. Overall we had a lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay and would love to return one day.

Thoroughly Enjoyable Stay

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay at this villa. Communication up front with the owner was good and the visit from the local agent on our first morning was a nice touch; allowing us to get really useful info on local supermarkets and the surrounding area. The pool was a little cool for us in October but still usable. You can chase the sun around the garden for most of the day. It is handily located for the beach and the boardwalk all the way to Fig Tree Bay and Protaras. I heartily recommend the meze at the local restaurant Pinia (5 mins walk away).
