Wish there was more ceiling fans in the rooms. A couple of the light remotes were broken.

The cabin was clean very organized. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies that were needed. Inside and out was beautiful. Great views from the bedrooms and outdoor patio upstairs.

The roads were not suitable for traveling, there should be guard rails and a full detail that the cabin sits at the top of hill. The potholes need fillers. The upper deck and patio could use power washing and there were dead bugs under beds.

Family Thanksgiving

The house was wonderful with PLENTY of rooms where everyone could have privacy and options for things to do (pickle ball, cornhole, hot tub, video games). We were all traveling from out of state and arrived a little early. A few of us needed to use the restroom, and it would have been nice to have SOME leeway with getting into the house before 4:00. (Even 3:59 was too soon). Overall, we had a very nice time.

This home was spacious and beautifully done. However, the house seems to have been neglected in the cleaning area. There was hair and dirt everywhere, everything wasnt cleaned from the last rental and you could tell. One of the toilets had old pee on the seats, there were bugs in beds, some beds had stains on the bedding. None of the outdoor furniture was usable due to build up of pollen, dirt, mold. Its clear no one has cleaned or wiped those items down in a while. The road that leads to the house is a horrible and seemingly dangerous experience in my opinion. The road is full of holes, sharp turns, one narrow lane. We couldn't even leave the house but once because of how dangerous road leading to the house was and it shouldn't be traveled to at night. The house was beautiful but it lacked in the areas that mattered due to accessibility and cleanliness.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very glad to hear you found the home spacious and beautifully designed, but I’m truly sorry that your experience was impacted by the cleanliness and outdoor conditions you described. What you mentioned regarding hair, dirt, stained bedding, and especially the condition of the toilet is completely unacceptable and not reflective of our standards. The concerns about bugs and the outdoor furniture buildup are also being taken seriously. We have already addressed this with our cleaning team and are implementing additional inspections to ensure every area—both inside and out—is thoroughly cleaned and properly maintained before each guest’s arrival. Regarding the road, we completely understand your concerns. While it is a rural access road and unfortunately not something we have control over, we do recognize that it can be challenging, especially at night, and we will work on better communicating this to future guests so they can plan accordingly. We sincerely apologize that these issues took away from what should have been a comfortable and relaxing stay. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are actively working to improve in these areas. If you’d like to discuss your stay further, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

House was great but the pickleball court was awful

Our pickleball group booked this house because of the waterfall and the pickleball court and could not use either one. The waterfall pump was out and did not work and the pickleball court wasn’t even good enough to play a single game on because of the pad they put down over the concrete. The ball may or may not bounce at all. The actual house was great but if you are looking to play a lot of pickleball i would definately pick another one.

The property was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped for large groups. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The thing that was the biggest surprise was they have now have a roof on the top deck, which allows you to enjoy that space in the heat of the day or if it’s raining. Lots of tvs throughout the house. This was great for watching the World Cup. We will definitely return to this property.
