WHAT A perfect beach getaway!! The location is ideal: right across the street from the beach and close to quaint downtown Portsmouth. The property is clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was easy and clear, and the owners, who live onsite, are wonderfully welcoming. I highly recommend this VRBO gem!

Rye, New Hampshire has much to offer, and Billy's Beachside Bungalow is a central part of it. We greatly enjoyed the chance to stay there. The hosts, Jim and his wife, were a delight. The property definitely showcases all of the hard work they put into restoring it as a part of the historic community. The view of the beach was spectacular. You will enjoy your stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property. The property was spotless, comfortable and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed which made cooking easy and convenient. The location was perfect for relaxing and walking at the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish - responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

There was a few from the kitchen window. There would have been a nice view from the deck, however because of the rain we did not to enjoy the view.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful location. Bungalow very cute. Comfy bed. Huge kitchen….not that we cooked! Everything was there if you are inclined to cook. TV was a bit of a challenge but that wasn’t a big deal. Very good communication with host.
