Beautiful Home

Loved our stay here. Our son got married in a small ceremony in Colorado Springs, over the weekend and our other adult children and spouses shared this beautiful home for 3 nights. The house was just what we needed. Large and spacious with comfortable furniture and very comfortable beds. We stocked up on food & beverages before we arrived and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare out meals. The house has several great gathering spaces, both inside and out and was perfect for our party of 8. Highly recommend!

Quiet Retreat

Convenient location to just relax and walk the grounds of the Broadmoor Hotel, the beautiful church, and in the other direction are the trail heads to great hiking up into the mountains. Bring your hiking boots. The neighborhood is quiet and visited by deer and even a small bear. A bit disappointing in not having a dishwasher, but that is a temporary issue. The hosts are some really good people and receptive to helping out.

Family of The Broadmoor Groom

The home and property is exactly as pictured in the listing. It is lovely, spacious, and comfortably accommodates a large group. Our family, which included kids, teens, and adults were happy with everything the property had to offer, from the stack of games, pool table, and deer on the patio. We traveled from the east coast to attend the wedding of our son and his fiancée at The Broadmoor. This location is very conveniently close to the Pauline Chapel and The Broadmoor. The wrap around vanity in the spacious master bath was particularly helpful in having many people getting ready at the same time for our events. We were extremely pleased with our stay and highly recommend this listing!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful in a natural setting. We loved the nearby hiking trails and all the deer that roam the neighborhood. It was well stocked with linens, paper goods and some snacks and water. We appreciated it and hope to stay here again.

Lovely home, perfect location

This was a perfect house for our family. We were in town for a wedding. Location is incredible. Kitchen well stocked, lots of social space for family to be together or sit alone and work on a computer. I will definitely stay at this house again

Excellent Mountain Home!

This is our families 15th time to COS. It’s always a great family vacation spot. This was our favorite home so far. Beautiful patio to enjoy coffee with a Mountain View. Wonderfully spacious home very eclectically appointed. Everything you need from kitchen to grill is on hand. Gorgeous home surrounded by deer filled gardens. Leslie was super helpful and responsive!

Very Spacious House

Stayed here with six adults and two kids. Great layout for all of us to gather together or go to our separate spaces. Kids loved the pool table and piano. We also enjoyed the outdoor setting as it is absolutely stunning. The Mountain View’s and garden are just beautiful. The driveway is a little tricky. It is 30-40% vertical and not the easiest to maneuver with three cars as the driveway is a tight drive. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Overall it was a wonderful visit!

Colorado Springs Getaway

Absolutely loved the location. Right next to Starsmore and North Cheyenne Canon Park hiking trails. Beautiful patio for morning coffee looking up at the Cheyenne mountains. Pool table was a nice add for some family fun. (need new pool sticks but…) House pretty well stocked with what you need to live for the week (blender, coffee maker, grinder, sugar etc)….didn’t have shampoo/conditioner for master bathroom, but had small trail size for smaller bath. House sits up from the road with tons of privacy. Access to the house was very easy. Driveway is tough but with a little patience and focus, you can get up with no problem. Air conditioner worked well and kept the house nice and cool on 90+ degree days. House has 2 fridges so plenty of room to stock up. House doesn’t have regular cable so be prepared to have your Hulu, Prime passwords handy. Overall we loved the house!! Location! Location! Location!

The house is capacious but the dishwasher has a very small capacity . The master bedroom ceiling fan can be used and adjusted by climbing on a chair. The stopper for drain on the left (as you enter the bathroom) does not fit or operate effectively. The banister on the steps to the bedroom floor is wobbling and needs tightening for safety sake. The dishes, glasses, cutlery, serving pieces, pots and pans are generous. The bedsheets are of fine quality.

Everything was well communicated. The house was clean and also easy to maneuver around and figure out all the lighting and appliances. There were toys and gadgets there for our twin toddlers to play with and plenty of room for them to run around. Thanks so much.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was cut short because of bad weather rolling in that we needed to avoid, but the home and neighborhood were spectacular! I so wish we could have stayed longer, and hope to stay again sometime!

Perfect Location

The house was beautiful and the location could not be any better. Trail heads at the top of the street, and run-friendly neighborhood at the bottom of the street. We hiked every morning, enjoyed homemade breakfast in the open floorplan kitchen and had easy drives to Pike's Peak, downtown Co Springs, Cave of the Winds and Garden of the Gods. I would highly recommend this property. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Birthday Surprise Weekend

Our family traveled from Texas and North Carolina to surprise a family member who lives near Colorado Springs for their 40th birthday. We rented the home as it was close to our venue. The home was great! Accommodated everyone, very clean, easy check in and check out process. We saw lots of deer! Great stay!

Great house with wonderful entertaining footprint. Our favorite part was the 10 minute walk to Seven Falls and the NationalPark steps out the front door.
