SAFETY
The hot tub is set in a private location on the hillside, accessible via rock steps. Please note that it may require adult supervision for children and may not be suitable for elderly guests.

Waterfall – No Trails
There is no direct trail leading to the waterfall, and we do not recommend attempting to go down to it, as there are no railings or paved paths in that area.

You can enjoy views of the waterfall through the trees from the edge of the backyard. The ropes area also offers a view of the waterfall.

Please use caution near the edge and avoid attempting to descend toward the waterfall.


NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

For any exceptions, please reach out prior to booking with details about your pet to ensure it meets our home’s guidelines.

WILDLIFE WARNING
At certain times of year, you may notice ladybugs, most commonly Asian lady beetles. These insects are seasonal and harmless. Once indoors, there is no effective interior treatment to eliminate them, and interior sprays are not recommended. To manage their presence, please keep doors and windows closed and gently remove any that appear; vacuuming is the most effective method.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of this home. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
