This charming condo is on a wooded ravine in the City of Saugatuck and less than a mile from Ivy House. The Upper Level has 2 Bedrooms, a Living Room, and 2 Full Bathrooms. The Lower Level has a Bedroom, a Living Room with a Sleeper Sofa, and a Laundry Area.

Anna’s Place is a 1600 sq ft open concept condo that includes air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, outdoor propane grill, free streaming on Peacock Plus, Roku Channels, and free Samsung streaming channels on the Upper Living Room TV, free wifi, garage parking for one vehicle, and towels/linens. Please bring your beach towels and any other items you will need for the beach such as blankets, umbrella, or chairs.

We offer a discount for 7 night stays!

Take a shortcut through the Peterson Preserve and enjoy a nice, leisurely walk or bike ride into downtown (approx. 1 mile). The Peterson Creek Retreat is conveniently located near beaches, shopping, dune rides, parks, restaurants, and other tourist attractions.

*NO SMOKING and NO PETS are permitted. We are a family-friendly condo and NO PARTIES are allowed, no exceptions.

Wonderful Retreat

Rejuvenating Friends Trip

Myself and a couple of friends stayed here over the weekend and it was great. It was clean and had many accessories including noise sound machines and adequate amount of dishes/utensils. It was a great location and the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra bedding and pillows.

Great place for a girls’ weekend

The condo was clean, well-appointed and in great condition. We did some cooking there and found everything we needed, and there was plenty of seating. We were only minutes from downtown Saugatuck and a short distance to Holland, Grand Haven and South Haven.

Sisters getaway

We were pleased with the location and cleanliness of Anna's Place. Sandra was prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. The only downside was the rainy weather for 2 of our 3 days. But the house was a nice place to relax and still enjoy our time. We would happily return!

Excellent 2nd Time Visit

This is the second time I have stayed at this place with others and both experiences were great! The place is very clean, nicely furnished and just as pictured. It is close to everything but not too close to the crowds/downtown. Sandra has also been wonderful and is very responsive.

Great Stay

Great stay, perfect location, very spacious. Family was there for a wedding, at a venue close by. Luckily, we were able to book the condo next door for more family members. The only thing I would change, is the light bulbs outside. It’s seems renters don’t notice when the outside (porch lights or garage lights) go out.

Awesome space and location

Place was super clean. Can’t say anything negative as it was a great space for us 5 girls to catch up, hang out, go shopping, dining, and attend comedy show (5min drive) to Saugatuck, close to Douglas as well, and oval beach for sunset. So many sleeping options that we didn’t have to share beds, always a plus! Beds comfy, plenty of space, and all amenities we needed! Always nice to have two full baths. Price was great! Would stay again if we’re in the area again!

We’ll be back!

Anna’s Place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Saugatuck. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded quickly. We brought our bikes and the location was perfect for riding into town. The check-out check list was a nice tool, with space to write suggestions for improvements or needed repairs. We will definitely consider this property again when we visit the area with our family.

Great, Family Gathering Place

This condo worked out great for our family! The location was perfect! So close to downtown Saugatuck. It was very clean and spacious. We also appreciated it had a grill. The steps were a little bit of a problem, trying to keep our 18 month old grandson from climbing them. We just put chairs in front of the steps. Problem solved!

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful time at this property. There were 3 of us the the 3 bedrooms gave us plenty of space to spread out. The location was ideal to everything we had planned to do. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast every morning. We loved that we were able to park the car in the garage. We loved the fact that the light switches were all labeled. The patio is fabulous and relaxing. I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator seemed to be making a noise that you could hear in the 2 main floor bedrooms. Not so bad during they day, but when you were trying to sleep it was very noticeable. Overall, we had a great time!

Very nice rental, spacious, clean and worked out perfectly. We had a great time and the host was very responsive if we had questions. She even dropped off a list of stores and restaurants that were open when we asked if most pleases were open. Definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend you rent this home!

Great Condo

This was a great condo. It is a duplex and we rented both sides for a wedding weekend. This was the perfect location for attending a wedding at the Ivy House. The condo was clean, beds were comfy and plenty of space to get ready for the wedding. Zero complaints!
