We enjoyed a fabulous day at this beautiful apartment in Chicago. It was exceptionally clean. And truly had everything you could need. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had.

This apartment was great for our weekend trip to Chicago. There were four of us, and we had plenty of room. We especially appreciated how the clean and clutter-free the home was, and we loved all the outdoor space. Great neighborhood, as well. Walkable but still quiet and parking was never an issue.

Nice Place In Good Location

This well kept place is in a good neighborhood and is in walking distance to many great places. I would have offered a 5-star review if there would have been more attention to some of the little details that go a long way. For example, we couldn’t make use of the fireplace because there were no instructions. There were no wastebaskets or hand soaps in the bathrooms. The provided towels were a bit worn and the wash cloths were bleach stained as if they had been previously used for cleaning. There were no check out instructions or details for where to discard trash. The coffee pot was broken. While these are minor details, they could have made a big impact.

The property was impeccably clean, and the check-in and checkout process was seamless. The host Billy is an excellent communicator. The bedrooms are very quiet, and this is a very residential, family-friendly neighborhood. Unfortunately, in my short day, the weather did not cooperate in Chicago, so I was unable to enjoy the two very large outdoor areas, which would be a highlight of a nice weather stay here.
