*Bringing your pup? We love welcoming furry guests! The home is dog-friendly and features a gated front porch for added security. There’s a small mulched area in the courtyard for your dog’s business. While the courtyard is enclosed, adventurous dogs may be able to climb onto the retaining wall and explore beyond the fence, so please supervise them at all times. A $35 pet fee is required and helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
*There is a Grizzl-E EV charger is available on site for convenient vehicle charging.
*Please be aware that the water pressure may occasionally fluctuate, but it quickly returns to normal.
