Great information and directions from our host!Condo was equipped so well from kitchen, tv’s, beach chairs towels and the view was the best! Walkable to restaurants and shops and a great central area to visit friends and family from Bradenton, Tampa and Dunedin. We couldn’t have as for anything more.

The view was amazing, and the location was perfect for us. It was close in proximity to downtown Clearwater, but you had a bit of beach privacy when you wanted. Everything that we needed to possibly bring to the beach was readily available.

We love the quietness of Sand Key and this condo was perfect. It is located across the street from shops and several waterfront restaurants. We enjoyed the view from every room. We even saw dolphins from the living room and balcony. The condo was well stocked and clean. Can't wait to vacation here again.

The accommodation was excellent. Everything necessary for a pleasant stay was available. The kitchen was very well equipped. Towels and beach towels were all provided. Also a beach trolley. The living room has a magnificent view of the beach. We liked it very much. We felt very comfortable for the four weeks.

Condo was as advertised. Paul was GREAT to work with. Neighbors were friendly and we were able to get a few games of tennis in. Hot tub was useful after. Beach is just steps away and Sand Key is nice and quiet. We didn’t really need to bring ANYTHING as the condo has it all.

Had a great stay Oct 23 to Dec 3, 2019 in this beautiful beachy condo.

Had a wonderful stay in Paul's 8th Floor condo. Everything needed was supplied. Only one thing would make it all the better...an additional recliner in the livingroom. I have yet to find a sleeper sofa that was comfortable to sit on. The fireplace was great on a few cold evenings. This was our 3rd year staying at Lighthouse Towers on Sand Key Beach. Hope to return next year!

Absolutely gorgeous!

Sunsets are stunning. Water beautiful and clear and you can't beat being able to walk out of your place and be on the beach. If it weren't for our children, we probably wouldn't have left the place at all. Extremely peaceful and everyone including the guards ,Oz and Jeanne , were helpful. The owners Paul and Karin are very easy to work with, respond quickly and provide all the amenities of home. We will definitely be back!! And don't let people tell you that there aren't shark teeth on the beach; I found 3!

Spring break getaway

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for spring break! I loved that my family could enjoy a beach view and have access to the every thing they needed while I commuted back and forth toTampa for business. The community and staff is very welcoming! Wanted to stay longer

This is the best location on Sand Key. As a one-bedroom place, it has a balcony that is just in front of the bedroom and so, the afternoons are very comfortable because there is shade all day long. I had to leave early because of a health issue, and I am so disappointed because I loved this place.

I am married with 2 kids, 21 and 25. I own a restaurant and my wife is a RN. We have owned rental properties on Clearwater Beach for 20 years. We live locally around 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach.

Why they chose this property

When I was single and in my 20's I rented a beach front condo a few down from this one and I never wanted to leave. But when I got married and had kids, we moved to a house in town which I enjoy but I always missed my beach views and sunsets. I always said "someday I'll be back" and now, even though I won't live there, I am glad my family and guests will get to share the amazing unforgettable memories of this condo.

What makes this property unique

We use this condo as our home away from home and have thought of every little detail that you won't find in most rentals. DVD, movies, games, beach cart, beach chairs and anything you might ever need is there.
