CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

We are a family of 4 with two teenage children who spent6 nights at this villa. Booked purely from research on this site and based off the pictures. Happy to report we were delighted with the villa and it is exactly as pictured. It was relaxing, extremely private and well appointed. The design is 3 separate pavilions. Each have AC and ceiling fans built around a central pool. Lots of windows to catch breezes and we barely used AC as fans were adequate. A few points to note: - it is probably not suitable for families with small children as the pool is open and the bedrooms are away from the master in a separate pavilion. It is also quite an ordeal to lock up as each pavilion needs to be locked with multiple doors and locks! - you will need a car or scooters as it is around a 20-30 minute walk to shops, and around a 60 min walk to a major supermarket. - it is extremely private. We barely saw anyone in the small neighborhood where it is located. It was extremely relaxing and quiet. - all the bedrooms, and there are 3, each have 2 single beds. There is no double/queen. - there is a lovely outdoor setting under a verandah where we spent a lot of hours sitting there - the wifi was pretty good, but not great for skype voip calls. Fine for most things though - the pool was fabulous - Rawai is at the southern end of Phuket and is quieter. There are some nice restaurants along the beach. - we did not meet the host Bo, he sent another person to greet and checkout, but this was all quite seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend for families with older children or groups of adults traveling together.
