Location, location, location!! You cannot beat the location of this condo in Kona- walkable to Alii Drive's restaurants, shopping, beaches and activities. Great location within the condo complex as well in relation to the pool and 30 steps from the oceanfront. Cannot beat the view from the lanai. The unit itself is a little bit dated and tired but had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Kona including pool noodles, boogie boards and more plus the basics needed to cook meals. Parking was easy as well at the complex. The staff we spoke to when we had issue arise upon check in were responsive and helpful. Appreciate their assistance in making our stay go better. We cannot wait to return to this beach oasis in the Kona Reef complex.

The condo was great. We did have an issue with no internet connection during the first 3 days. Also, we never figured out how to use the TV. There were 3 remotes and none of them worked!Otherwise, nice location although the furniture is a little out dated and there could be less of it. It seemed a little cramped.

Kona Reef

The location is perfect! Condo is 25 feet from the water. Beautiful sunsets and great to whale and dolphin watch from the lanai. The condo could use some updates. The kitchen has limited cooking essentials .Would stay there again as the location and the ocean front view is perfect.

The place is dark, nothing to do with the published photos!! Everything is old and in poor condition. I wanted to use the over but was dirty. It's not for staying.

Nice Kona Reef One Bedroom Condo

This ground floor end unit is in an excellent location. It is wider than most of the 1 bedroom units and is one of the few one bedroom units that has two bathrooms, which was appreciated.This unit has an older feel but the bathrooms have been updated. Many units are beginning to put AC to the bedroom but this unit does not have that. This condo suited our needs and I would consider renting it again in the future.

Great Location

Great location/ close to downtown. Place needs some TLC as kitchen and towels need upgrading. We bought a new broom and another lawn chair( to make 2) we left them for the next renters . Remote missing for air conditioning. Had to climb on table to adjust temperature on air conditioner. Screen on bedroom TV was split.

Nice ground floor corner unit

A few suggestions to reduce confusion for travel weary clients. Silly stuff, but when you are tired every little issue is stressful. The reservation was for unot D01. The sign on the building says D1. (Is it the same or will we look like we are breaking in?) The doorway is very dark hard to read the cpherlock keypad. The instructions did not say to enter the code flowed by pressing "checkmark." Add to fears we were at the wrong unit. After we got in, everything was great!
