If it wasn’t for the Nor’Easter storm that came through during our stay, this would have been a pretty neat vacation. It was Super secluded but still close enough to town for groceries and dinners.

Very clean property. Excellent communication with the host for an easy check in. Loved the secluded nature of the area. Would recommend for anyone that wants to get away and not have to deal with crowds and traffic at the beach.

Perfect secluded beach house! Amazing view out the windows! Very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend!! 15 minute drive to DE Turf!

Amazing views, peace & quiet. We watched the osprey fish for their meal and fly to the back yard in a tree to eat them. We saw beautiful sunrises & moons. I highly recommend this if you want to escape and defuse. The host was very responsive.

This was one of those vacations where you leave wondering why you don’t do this more often. The house was spotless, exactly as described, and the location couldn’t have been better. We stayed for an extended weekend and saw maybe 10 people the entire time. I could leave our umbrellas and chairs set up all day without worrying about the tide or anyone else walking away with them.The house was well stocked, especially for beach days. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and other gear, which meant we packed way less than we normally would. The host was fantastic, too! She is friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions, making the whole experience stress free.My little one was in absolute heaven running on what felt like our own private beach, collecting shells, digging endless holes, and exploring the shoreline. We floated in the bay, found beautiful nearby nature trails, and still had grocery stores and restaurants within a 15-minute drive.If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway where you can truly unplug, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

Great secluded location. Perfect size for 3-4 folks. Kayakers and bird watchers would love this spot. Fishing is pretty good as well. Depending on wind direction, biting flies can be a problem. You need the high concentration Deet. This part of the bay not the best swimming spot due to old concrete blocks in water. Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes is about 30 miles south and really great. House had all we needed. Would return.
