The cottage is brand new, very comfortable, incredibly well stocked and located just one cottage from the lake. The porch is where we spent most of our time. It was heaven!

We absolutely loved the house! It was so clean- and beautifully decorated. The view of the water from the back deck was absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunset was amazing. Victoria was wonderful to communicate with- and was accommodating and kind. The neighborhood was great! We loved how close we were to restaurants/Naples/Cummings Nature center. I highly recommend!

When a small issue came up with the boat dock toward the end of our visit, they responded promptly and worked quickly to resolve it.Check-out was just as smooth, with clear and simple expectations like gathering linens and taking out the trash. We had a wonderful stay on Honeoye Lake. The house was just as described. It had everything we needed and plenty of room in the comfortable bedrooms, kitchen and living spaces. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night watching the sunset and walking around the neighborhood.
