Beautiful home , Host was very attentive throughout my stay. The only thing I would suggest is to provide guests with basic condiments. Property is as described, I can’t wait to return in the fall when I can actually explore the woods with my dog . Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your property

Host are amazing - very responsive, helpful and willing to go extra mile to make our stay comfortable. House is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups and appliances (3! Coffee machines). With 4 bedrooms, there was more than enough room for everyone. Linens and towels were provided - which was a plus as we had a large family staying and bringing our own would have been a hustle. Washer and dryer are new and work perfectly.

First the host is without a doubt the best host that my wife and I have ever encountered. They were very kind and accommodating and kept in constant contact during our stay. The host ensured that we had everything that needed or requested and showed how deeply they care for their customers. Their house was very cozy and welcoming. It was undergoing some minor construction yet it was still a very neat, organized, and overall beautiful house nestled in a very peaceful area surrounded by a few ponds and woods. There were plenty of places to stretch out and relax and copious amounts of room for our son to run around and play. We enjoyed every second of our stay at Whispers of Nature and we are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We're a family of five with three children, two cats, and a love for spending time outdoors together. Like many of our guests, we understand how busy life can become and how important it is to occasionally step away, slow down, and enjoy time with the people who matter most.

We love sharing this property because it offers exactly that—a place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy life's simple pleasures. Whether you're exploring the Finger Lakes, gathering with family and friends, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for a quiet escape, we hope you'll feel comfortable, welcome, and right at home.

This property has brought our family many wonderful memories, and we're grateful for the opportunity to share it with others. We hope your time here leaves you feeling refreshed, recharged, and with memories of your own to take home.

Why they chose this property

We chose Springwater because it feels like a place where life naturally slows down.

There's something special about being surrounded by open fields, towering trees, fresh water, and the quiet sounds of nature. In a world that often feels rushed and busy, this little corner of the Finger Lakes offers a chance to take a breath, unplug, and simply enjoy the moment.

Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck as the sun rises over the pond, casting a fishing line into the water, gathering around a fire with family and friends, or just sitting outside listening to the birds, we hope you'll find the same sense of peace that made us fall in love with this property.

For us, it's not about having a long list of things to do. It's about having the space to do less. To reconnect with nature, spend meaningful time with loved ones, and enjoy the simple things that are often overlooked in everyday life.

While the property feels private and tucked away, you're still within easy driving distance of beautiful lakes, hiking trails, state parks, wineries, and many of the attractions that make the Finger Lakes region so special. But many guests tell us their favorite part of the trip is simply staying right here and enjoying the quiet.

We hope Ponds & Pines gives you the opportunity to slow down, recharge, and create memories that last long after your stay is over.

What makes this property unique

Set on 26 private acres in the heart of the Finger Lakes region, the property offers a rare combination of privacy, natural beauty, and convenience. Surrounded by ponds, woods, and open space, it's a place where you can slow down, breathe a little deeper, and leave the distractions of everyday life behind.

Guests often tell us their favorite part of their stay isn't a nearby attraction—it's simply being here. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water, spend the afternoon fishing in the stocked catch-and-release pond, gather with family and friends on the deck, or relax by the fire as the sun sets over the property.

The walkout lower level provides additional gathering space for family meals, reunions, retreats, celebrations, and other special occasions, while the home's comfortable layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together and still have room to unwind.

Although the property feels peaceful and secluded, you're still within easy driving distance of some of the Finger Lakes' most popular destinations, including Letchworth State Park, Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation Area, Canadice Lake, Hemlock Lake, Naples, local wineries, hiking trails, and many other outdoor attractions.

Whether you're looking for a quiet weekend away, a family gathering place, or a home base for exploring the Finger Lakes, Ponds & Pines offers a setting where lasting memories come naturally.
