Escape to a peaceful countryside retreat in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Set on 26 private acres, this serene ranch-style home offers two scenic ponds, wooded surroundings, and plenty of space to relax and unwind.
One of the ponds is stocked for catch-and-release fishing, and guests are welcome to enjoy it with no fishing permit required. It’s the perfect spot for quiet mornings by the water or relaxing afternoons in nature.
The home features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a primary suite with a private bath. A cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright sunroom with two futons provide plenty of space for families or small groups. Step outside onto the new deck overlooking the ponds and woods to enjoy morning coffee or beautiful evening sunsets.
Guests enjoy high-speed Greenlight fiber internet, full heating and air conditioning, and a backup generator for comfort year-round.
The property is also a beautiful setting for micro-weddings, anniversaries, or small gatherings (must be approved prior to booking).
While the home feels private and secluded, it is just a short drive to Honeoye Lake, Canadice Lake, Hemlock Lake, Conesus Lake, as well as Harriet Hollister State Park, Letchworth State Park, and the Finger Lakes wine region.
