Beautiful and cozy old cortijo - a once-typical Andalusian country home. Perfect for families with children, for couples and for groups of friends. The swimming pool has stunning views of the Sierra Cabrera mountains and Mojácar village, a large covered porch with bar and plenty of room for eating and sunbathing. A covered terrace with views of the sea and the village. Inner patio with central palm tree. Two double bedrooms, one with three beds and another with four (perfect for kids). Three bathrooms, with one en suite. Large kitchen/dining room.. A well-established garden, with palms, olive trees and impressive cactuses. TV (Spanish and British) and internet. Ample private parking. In a quiet area between the sea and the village, but only five minutes' walk from the shore. Mojácar is a beautiful village with over 10 miles of coastline, busy beaches with excellent beach bars/restaurants and empty beaches for those looking for peace and quiet. A well-established international community.

Large property in a quiet location, 10 min walk from the beach and bars/restaurants. The bedrooms were all a good size and I loved that there were secluded outdoor areas away from the pool. All appliances were in good working order. The pool area did not disappoint, comfortable chairs and shade for my elderly mum, sun loungers for me and my daughter and lots of room for the children to play in the pool and gardens. The hammock was a hit! Plenty of parking too. We loved it and hope to return next year.

On arrival Antonio was really friendly and kind, he went through all we needed to know The location is excellent, the panoramic views are stunning they cover sea, mountains and old Mojacar village. The property is amazing so much space, perfect for our family holiday both adults and kids, there are so many different areas for chilling out, dining outside Overall a fabulous place On leaving Antonio made it seamless Thank you

Perfect venue - shame about the mosquitoes

Had a fabulous 2 weeks here. Weather was so hot and the pool was perfect. Shame there is no air conditioning in the living areas as even at night the house as well as outside was very very warm. Lovely cool downstairs rooms however.

Lovely spacious villa

We had an amazing holiday. The villa is gorgeous and large with all amenities. There are a few things that need fixing, like the cupboard doors that kept coming loose but they seemed minor. I loved the fact that there are so many places to have dinner depending on the weather. The pool and stairs are not suited for children so we had to have constant supervision but apart from that an amazing holiday.

Lugar con encanto y magia.

Lo primero felicitar a los dueños por la casa, que lugar mas bonito. Antonio siempre dispuesto y atento, un encanto. La casa tiene cientos de rincones, mesas donde disfrutar viendo el mar o la piscina. Hemos estado de lujo. Muchas gracias.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen in Mojacar. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr fohl gefühlt und jeden abend den Kamin angezündet. Antonio war immer sehr hilfsbereit und die Komunikation mit Elena hat zu 100% geklappt. Können es nur entfehlen

Vivienda con Excelentes Áreas Exteriores, Espaciosa y Acogedora en su interior. Muy recomendable para grupos y familias que buscan compartir. Tuvimos un problema de iluminación en la cocina y un detalle de limpieza en la habitación de la litera que tuvimos que aspirar por completo al llegar. La cocina no se corresponde con el resto de la vivienda. El horno, el escurreplatos y el microondas están para tirar y reemplazar. Todo fue reportado. De resto, todo muy bien. La zona es espectacular.

El alojamiento tenia varias zonas para disfrutar según el momento del día. Con niños muy pequeños hay que extremar la vigilancia en algunas zonas . pero aun asi es una delicia de casa.

Superbe petit domaine où nous avons passé un agréable réveillon de fin d'année. Déjeuner dehors un premier janvier en manches courtes sous un soleil radieux est un privilège rare. La maison est encore plus grande dans la réalité que sur l'impression laissée par les photos. Un grand merci à Elena pour toute son attention et à Antonio pour son accueil sympathique. Pour résumer, on quitte el Cortijo Moreno avec vraiment l'envie d'y revenir !

Fantastic authentic Spanish cortijo

A memorable holiday shared with family, a fantastic base for history lovers with the various castles and forts, and archaeology lovers with the site of los milares 17k north of Almeria, and beach lovers of course. Something for everyone.

Schön, angenehm, entspannend - Super!

Das Haus ist grosszügig, mit genug Schafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 9 Personen, gut ausgestattete Küchen, viele Terassen, Garten und das besondere, das Patio am Swimmingpool wo man die meiste Zeit verbringen wird. Hier ist auch ein grosser Grill. Das Haus ist gut positioniert, so dass man sich wohl und ungestört fühl, mit tollem Blick auf die alte Stadt, die Bergen - Sierra de Cabrera - aber auch das Meer ist sichtbar. Nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt, wo viele Restaurants, Clubs und Einkaufzentrums gibt. Wir, Familie und Freunde, haben 5 Nächte hier verbracht und hoffen, dass wir wieder kommen werden!

Très belle propriété typique. On s'y sent bien. Elle n'est pas de la dernière modernité mais c'est ce qui fait son charme. Nombreuses terrasses ou coins ombragés. Coin piscine tres agréable. Particulièrement conseillée pour séjour entre amis ou en famille. Repos garantie. A proximité immédiate de mojacar playa et mojacar village, avec chacun leurs atouts. Accueil d'Antonio très sympathique et discret. Nous conseillons vivement et sommes prêts à revenir dès que possible.

Todos los años nos vamos un grupo de amig@s con l@s hij@s, y esta vez la casa ha sido lo mejor. Daban ganas de no salir!!! Y l@s niñ@s igual, hubo días que no quisieron bajar a la playa!! Increíble! Los rincones una maravilla, y suficientes como para no saber que tienes hij@s. Todos hemos podido estar a nuestras anchas, e ir a nuestro ritmo. Vistas magníficas, la playa muy cerca, los chiringuitos al lado,,,y la casa maravillosa, al detalle, hamaca para ver las estrellas, barbacoa, camping-gas con megapaellera, desayuno al aire libre, café a la sombra, y todo en sitios diferentes. Y muy cómoda la lavadora, y la zona d tender, y el parking para muchos coches, todo para los bebés, y muy rápida respuesta y solución a cualquier duda o problema. La dueña un encanto, y todos los de mantenimiento muy amables y eficaces. Recomiendo esta casa una y otra vez porque hacía tiempo que no estaba en un sitio tan a gusto...de luxe!!!! Si no estuviera tan lejos (7 horas de coche) estábamos allí hasta de fin de semana, jejeje. Porque para fiestas también es perfecto!!! Vamos, que lo tiene todo.

A pesar de que las fotos de la casa y del lugar prometian llegue sin muchas expectativas ya que estaba pasando por una situación personal dificil ,pero he de reconocer que consegui poder olvidarme de todos mis problemas por unos dias y disfrutar de un lugar inolvidable, la casa estupenda, el paisaje delicioso y tuve la oportunidad de conocer a gente que ha quedado en mi recuerdo para siempre.

Pendenciero inolvidable en Mojacar

las vacaciones resultaron fantásticas principalmente por la casa elegida, inmejorable la ubicación, las instanlaciones, la limpieza, el gusto por el amueblamiento. El trato recibido por la propietaria su amabilidad y disponibilidad nos permitieron disfrutar de un tiempo en familia que dificilmente olvidaremos. Las expectativas que nos hicimos al leer el anuncio se vieron cumplidas e incluso superadas, recomendaría esta casa sin pensarlo.

Increíble cortijo, grandes vacaciones. Volveré

Soy una persona que viaja mucho y no suelo comentar mis estancias, pero con este cortijo voy ha hacer una excepción porque es realmente impresionante. Fuimos la semana de semana santa mi familia y yo ( en total 9 personas con niños de todas las edades), y este cortijo ha hecho de nuestras vacaciones la escapada perfecta. La cantidad de habitaciones y estancias se amoldó perfectamente a nuestras necesidades, un espacio para cada uno y espacios comunes para todos. La casa es comodísima y preciosa tanto por fuera ( vistas, vegetación, piscina), como por dentro ( decoración con mucho encanto y muebles funcionales y nuevos). La zona de la piscina, con su porche, es perfecto para comer y sobremesa mientras los niños juegan en la piscina, así como para hacer cenitas que se alargan al fresco de la noche andaluza. Por último, comentar que Mojácar es un destino maravilloso, con grandes playas y un pueblecito blanco típico en la montaña que enamora; y si se viene a Mojácar, este es el lugar perfecto para hospedarse. Lo tengo clarísimo, volveré.

¡GENIAL!

Fuimos compañeros de carrera y ahora vivimos en lugares diferentes, solemos alquilar una casa dos veces al año para encontramos y para pasar unos días juntos pero nunca hemos escrito ningún comentario de estos. Esta vez es especial. nos hemos encontrado con un lugar de esos que sólo aparecen en las películas, o en los sueños, un lugar grande, muy bien preparado, con todo, y precioso hasta en sus más pequeños detalles, cuidadísimo sin ser cursi, y lleno de zonas diferentes que nos han permitido hacer cientos de cosas diferentes y, sobre todo, descansar y divertirnos. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo esta gran casa, del trato con sus responsables, y se la recomendamos a todo el mundo. Por otra parte pasear por Mojácar ha sido estupendo y tiene ambiente incluso en estas fechas. Nos encantaron sus mercadillos de viejo, yo me traje un precioso tapiz que ahora miro en mi estudio y me transporta a esos días. Volveremos ¿verdad amigos? Sí, seguro que volveremos a este mágico lugar, y pronto.
