Super decked out home in Knoxville, Tennessee located 7 minutes from UT campus, 10 minutes to Lindsey Nelson baseball stadium, Neyland Football Stadium, Thompson Boling basketball Arena and downtown Knoxville. This home has two living/gathering rooms, with the second offering a pool table, jukebox and beverage station. There is 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, plenty of room for everyone. 11 TVs throughout the house to stream all of your sports and other programs. Enjoy the peaceful property and wildlife from the deck or sit around the fire pit to keep you warm on those chilly nights. So convenient to all sports, concerts, dining and shopping desires.
